They’re helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. I’ve come here for printing and notary services a few times. Easily the most pleasant experience I’ve had in any UPS store.

The lady staff today here was absolutely rude. I was the first one in line, waiting for her to finish the case of the previous client. After the previous customer case is completed. When she finished serve previous customer, she didn't signal for me to come up to the service desk. She chose to stay there in a daze. After this state lasted for almost a minute, she started staring at me. right! She kept staring at me fiercely and said nothing for half minute. It's really rude and horrible.

This is a rip off place. Avoid coming here if you can. They charged me $3.86 just to print a label and the argument was that they have boat load of software just to print a label. Very disappointed with this place. The owner was saying that you print at home. If we all can do everything at home then we don’t need store. Does anyone agree that $3.86 is a legit charge just to print a label.

Shipped a package to SC last week, and was told by the front desk that I it not arrives on Friday, I will get a refund back, because I did choose a faster shipping option. When trying to look for my package found out that UPS shipped it with USPS, and of course I was not notified about that. When trying to call in for a refund, the store owner did not issue any refunds because it was a miss communication and they can not do any refunds.

I needed to send couple of packages with return label included. This young sales associate at the counter printed the return label with the return address of the UPS store. This inspite of his monitor showing my home address before he printed the label. When I asked for the return address to be corrected to my home, he apparently lied to me that he cannot print a return label with my home address and insisted it has to be the UPS store. He told me I have to print one myself if I need the home address as return address. Before this I had been waiting in line for 10 minutes for my turn and after spending 10 minutes with him, he just sent me packing back. I believe he did this because he did not want to print it once again for me.I called UPS store in Bellevue and they confirmed they can print return label with my home address. So, I went back into the Redmond store, another elderly associate store promptly printed it for me. When I questioned why his colleague turned me down, he tried to defend him saying he must have been confused but I am 100% sure he understood very well but seems he just did not want to help anymore. I understand now why this store has poor ratings.

I visited for an Amazon dropoff and the staff - David - behavior was extremely rude and uncalled for. The whole dropoff thing is isolated to the kiosk part of the store, yet the staff made his presence felt with a condescending attitude and I could hear the groans from those standing in the line. This isn't the first time I'm seeing the attitude in this store, sadly this is the only UPS store in this area and the monopoly is what is keeping it still in business.I'd recommend reaching out to Joe Farrell, VP of Customer Experience. At least he responded to one of my earlier comments and I'd give him a chance to 'fix' this store. And please do not bother replying with a canned response to this review asking me to privately email your store. Instead spend the time on your staff.

This shop may get more flack than it deserves. I had to ship a keyboard piano for an insurance claim. They let me print a document I needed to print. I didn’t have to pay a dime. That might be why I’m so satisfied. The other reason would be, they were pretty damn fast all things considered. There was even some genuinely friendly conservation—not bad for suburban Seattle ?

Terrible service, apparently you can't get a prepaid envelope from them? They seem to be bothered with the presence of costumers
