So frustrating with them, my package arrived at this facility and instead them shipping it to my address they send it to Colorado! What is wrong with you guys! Of course it got delayed due to weather condition, and now who knows when I’ll receive it!

This company man. I literally purchased 24 hour shipping and it was supposed to be here yesterday. They told me the item is still on the plane but according to my shipment updates it is 5 miles from my house at a carrier facility(has been for 2 days). I am leaving town Monday for 2 weeks and so my package will be sent back, which I cannot afford to have happen. UPS is unwilling to work with me and passes all the blame onto the seller and claims they do not honor 24 hour shipments. This is incredibly corrupt if they do not honor 24 hour shipments from Amazon of all places than why allow these companies to provide “24 hour shipment” options? Furthermore ups ships on Saturdays but I guess not my package. When I reached out for help there was not any provided. There is nothing they can do at this point to resolve this with me. Even if they contacted me tomorrow I would still miss the package. I left ample time for almost 3 days of shipping prior to when I leave. UPS should be paying for the “24 hour shipment” at the very least this is now going to cost me more money to resolve this. It’s sad how manipulative and dishonest this organization is. Ship with any one but these people. Too bad they are one of the largest shipping companies in the country and so they will continue to provide terrible dishonest service. If possible I will never work with these people again.

Absolutely degenerate company.In last 10 years not a single package was delivered properly.i always end up spending 3-4 days yelling at these morons and finally getting to that one employee that still has brain left and he manages to get my packageThe delivery driver did not leave the delivery note.The ups call ccenter in india had no clue whats going onThey did not notify the station to leave the package for me to pick up when i called.I wasted 3 hours driving and trying to pick it upThe page does not let me change delivery addressThe npc at the station did not care about his job probably because he is underpaid and has to deal with pissed off customers because they are trying to get their packages from this stupid company

The site says they can ship to my location. Then I get notifications saying it cannot be shipped. I tried changing the address the the place I work because UPS does ship there. Now there is a problem and they say it will not ship. I was told by customer service they cannot hold it and it must be shipped to another address. What is a good address if the ones I use, home and work, both are said to be deliverable and yet all shipments to my place or work get canceled and geld just to be told they cannot ship. Then it asks for money to ship to a new location. Why should I pay extra for shipping when I already payed shipping on n the first place. Also fix your customer service lines. They lead to nothing that redirects you to a chat bit who directs you to the Web site that then redirects you to customer service which goes nowhere and then I finally give up. Do you want to pay for my shipments lose? I payed over a hundred to have your company hold my goods hostage.

I am writing this review as my only means of an outlet, to reflect MY experience with this organization. At this point I literally feel like I'm being held hostage by a very expensive delivery, where I can't leave home for fear I will miss the driver who can't leave a package WHERE NO SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED, and insists on leaving no note for me to follow up with.Edit:Update from 1 star to 3.UPS reached out the following day, and put me in direct contact with their driver. I still don't know why there were no notes being left, or why a package requiring no signature could not be delivered while I was home, but I was able to retrieve my item.

Staff is nice enough, but I’m waiting for this location to approve a claim with UPS and I have no way of contacting them. UPS has already approved the claim but this location just needs to send some documentation. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting on this.

The rep was unhelpful. They didn't allow me to ship my packaged return even though it was shipped to us through UPS. They wouldn't even scan my barcode to attempt to ship it, they simply turned me away at the door. The attitude was very standoffish. I would not recommend visiting this location.

I stayed home all day because my package needed a signature and was supposed to be delivered by 9pm and at 4pm it changed from December 1st to December 4th. Now I will have to sit home another day waiting.

I've been here many times. Customer service is great. Wait times are short. Handicap parking is right where it should be, straight walk to the door.

Terrible service. I waited for 10 mins but no one talked to me. Then they just skipped me and served someone just entered the store and told me there's a line. There was no one when I entered the store

I was having an issue with a lost package/rerouting issue. I went to the store and met (I can't quite remember her name, but I believe she's the manager) Joanne or Janice? Anyway, she was EXTREMELY helpful finding where my package was, and called me twice to say she's watching where it's going and would update me. She was SO helpful with finding where it was, and in the end, it was a success!

My package( an expensive computer) asks for a signature and should be delivered between 2-6pm on August 26th. I was not at home at that time. Expecting to get a delivery notice, wired thing was I got nothing. The delivery auto changed to August 28th 1:45-3:45 and failed to deliver again. Rediculously, I saw the UPS truck left at 6:00pm from my window without any attempt to deliver. What should I do if I even didn't get a notice to change the delivery to pick up?
