I have been going to this UPS for years now - to drop off packages, to print countless papers, and it has always been great. Great customer service, great service, etc. I recently went to drop off a package the other day to return it and the service was the best I have ever had. I have seen countless cycles of employees throughout the years, but UPS, this one is a star employee. Kushagra was his name, I think, but he provided stellar service in returning a package, and you should congratulate him on whatever platform UPS workers use to connect.

– Terrible Service and No Accountability
A family member dropped off a package here and was told everything was fine. Turns out, the package was never scanned, so there was no way to track it. When we went back to sort it out, the staff blamed us, hinted we might have taken it somewhere else, and flat-out refused to check their cameras—even after we showed proof of the visit. The owner and manager were completely unhelpful. We’ll be using a different UPS location from now on.

– Unprofessional and Unhelpful
I dropped off a package at this UPS Store, but the employee at the counter was busy and told me I was “all set.” The problem? They never scanned my package, so I had no tracking number. When I came back to resolve it, they blamed me for not asking for a receipt, suggested I may have dropped it off somewhere else, and refused to check their cameras—even after I showed a time-stamped Amazon drop-off receipt from the same visit.
Both the owner and manager refused to take any responsibility, saying they aren’t accountable for drop-off items. I will gladly drive 5 minutes further to another location for all future returns, including Amazon ones. This store has lost my business.

This morning I dropped off a package at the UPS store on Novelty Hill Road in Redmond and, as always, Tatiana was pleasant, personable and helpful. I’ve lived close to this store for a dozen years and have found the customer service there to be quite satisfactory.
On numerous occasions, when Tatiana has been the only staffer in the store, I’ve seen her go well out of her way to accommodate customers, and always with a smile.

They refuse to be of any help. I dropped a package off there and there has been no movement of the package. They refused to look for the package and kept telling me to call customer service corporate, even though customer service corporate can't help me in any capacity because the last known location is this UPS store.

I’ve had great experiences using this UPS Store for notary services. It’s easy to make an appointment online for same-day help. I’ve had to meet with the notary twice over the past week for various documents and Vipul is especially fantastic, having made the process quick and easy.

I came to return an Amazon UPS. This person on the counter was very rude and asked me to not bring the box and tape it. This is not the first time I was returning a package here but they never behaved like this before. They should be treating Amazon customer fairly and not compromising return experience.
