All bad reviews on Google are true. Very poor professionalism. They declined service to me even when I was in the branch way before the time. The branch manager was not welcome to new customer like me opening an account. Feels like they just hate to work.

Went in for a Medallion Signature Guarantee for a IRA transfer. They won’t help my wife because she didn’t have a checking account. She has the US Bank Altitude Reserve card. It has a $400 annual fee. How is that not good enough for them to provide service for her banking needs?

I'm both a USB stockholder and have been a US Bank depositor since 1988 (coming into the Redmond branch since 1998). This bank branch rocks! Outstanding customer service - always helpful staff - led by very fine branch managers, most notably the current manager. My compliments!

I recently visited the branch to open new checking account and savings account. The bank associate (DOM) was assisting each and every step clearly. Also he explained about promotions and other features available. He helped me to setup online/mobile banking, cash deposit.

I was a business banking customer with Union Bank until they merged with US bank. I went into the Redmond branch of US Bank to open a higher rate business savings account. CC helped me change the standard business savings to a higher rate account. At the end of the month I reconciled my business savings accounts and found that they did not give me the higher rate. I went into the branch and spoke with Dom, I asked to have the interest rate back dated. He told me he had to check with Jessie. Jessie was unable to honor the request, then I was told an exception would be asked from the business specialist to get the higher interest rate. That went nowhere, then Dom said he would check with the back office. This whole process took a month and I never received my extra interest income. Dom confirmed that I was not the business customer US bank. was interested in. Needless to say I will be closing my accounts and moving to another bank.

I'm surprised after reading the reviews from others. I worked with Brant, and he is a rockstar. I had 3 unconventional business entities that needed accounts and an incorrect name on all my other U.S. Bank accounts that required a backend system update. He was able to help me with all of this. The name issue had persisted for years, but it is finally resolved! Also, the female banker behind me was super professional. The general vibe was pleasant. Maybe the new employees and management can better represent the U.S. Bank standard.

I just visited this branch and was very impressed!! I went in on a Saturday and was helped by a bank teller named Moses, who was very kind and helpful. I will be going back to this branch from now on!

If you are thinking about opening an account with US Bank, be careful. I'm a digital native and cannot believe that this bank takes 6 hours (midnight to 6 am central time) to process direct deposits. Even though I've verified the funds have left the account that sent the ACH deposit and verified that another bank have received its share of that direct deposit, US Bank customer rep continue to reiterate that ACH deposits have to be verified manually so they literally park (and accrue interest) on millions, possibly billions of dollars, while they "process" it. When will there be laws to require banks to improve their technology so that they can be accountable to make funds immediately available to their customers once it's received?
