The Redmond USPS is one of the most frustrating post offices I’ve ever dealt with. They constantly lose or misplace packages, and when I come in to try to track something down, it’s a complete hassle. The staff seem disorganized and unprofessional.
When I went in recently, the person helping me was rude and very difficult to understand. After making me wait while they searched, he finally found my package and told me, “you’re lucky I found it,” as if it was somehow my fault they misplaced it in the first place. That’s completely ridiculous.
This place seriously needs better management and training. And the delivery drivers too!
If I could give zero stars, I would.

I made a passport appointment a month ago, showed up early, was seen early and Mei was awesome ! I got in and out in 15 minutes, including the photo ! Will come again in 10 years for my renewal !

Nice office. Busy as most of them.
With self service machine the lines are indeed shorter.
They have passport agents shortage so some days it’s apparently inconvenient to come here and reschedule.
They have enough supplies to send your parcel or letter.

Do not believe their website! This location does not offer passport or fingerprinting, even though the website allows you to book passport appointments! The person who did that is no longer there.
They also never answer their phone so don’t bother trying to call…

People working in USPS should be ashamed with themselves. I made a passport appointment with this location a while back then coming in this morning to find out that this location's passport service has stopped 3 months back. Why the hell would you keep opening appointments if you do not provide the service any more! I was told it is because they can not remove this location from the Passport Reservation system. As a software engineer before, I am shocked how bad their website is designed. They deserve to be DOGEed.

Made several appointments to get my passport done. It’s never open. But they keep scheduling it. No one ever picks up the phone so I can make sure someone is here. Trying to keep us stuck in this pathetic country.
