This has become my go to spot for a quick oil change (and of course they have other services).This most recent trip was prompted by an email coupon, so props to the marketing department for pouncing on that repeat business.I arrived around 11:15am on a FriYay to 2 empty bays which were quickly occupied by myself, another car, then shortly after by 2 more vehicles. I was grateful to start the little rush.The team handled everyone with effortless efficiency and care.Kudos for the team on their communication and ability to work together in this quick environment.Trevor guided me and my Honda Pilot cleanly into the service bay and cheerfully greeted me checking on how my day has been. Delightful fella, for real, Valvoline and the management of this location should consider Trevor an asset.Update: I just looked at my invoice. Trevor is the manager.Trevor runs a tight shop. He is awesome and Valvoline should be happy and good job to the folks doing hiring.Jack, Isaac were up top helping, and Julian was down in the bay. They were the other 3 techs assigned to hook me up today. In concert with Trevor, the fellas had me in good shape and outta there super quick.I got a full synthetic oil change and radiator flush this time around.Value for my money, and employees thriving at customer service! If you’re not in the place where your service is covered by the dealer (or even if you are), this is a great spot to stop in for service.Five stars for sure.

Highly recommended Best place to get your oil changed in washington the guys are professional and awesome. I was at Jiffy-Lube in Redmond the guys there are super slow and have a bad customers service.

Price so little higher but they do so nice service. Fast and accurate. And gives instructions about vehicle that’s so helpful instructions.

Didn't actually get serviced. My GPS brought me here accidently because it was the "sponsored" business. Not exactly their fault on that one, however when they quoted me "about 30 minutes to get my oil change when I emphasized I didn't have much time, I sat there for about 20 minutes while NONE of the 5 cars in front of me even budged. Service tech then says itll be about another 20 minutes till i even get in, which also seemed like a gross underevaluation. No longer have time to get a service due to their awful estimations.

Stopped here for an oil change since i had a coupon. Pretty much the same price as Jiffy Lube. My service specialist Matthew was awesome! He was like constantly running around hustling the whole time i was there helping customers. Seemed to really care that the work was done right and that customers left happy.I have a fiat so they had to use the oil vacuum pump but couldn’t get it to work so the manager came out to do a more involved oil change.

Devin was knowledgeable and friendly.The entire team was good ?Got my oil changed here in my new camry and I gotta say I really appreciate the people here. Patrick and Julian were knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I will be getting my oil changes here as long as I live local.Thanks guys! Give these men a raise! They deserve it.

We have been using Valvoline for years, stopping at different locations all around the West while extensively travel. After stopping at this one in Washington, I may never stop at a Valvoline again or at least just stick to the ones near home. For starters, there was one vehicle in front of us when we pulled up and one in the other line. Despite this, they pulled the car over from the other line in front of us and then we waited an hour and forty five minutes while they kept coming up to our car and telling us they were "almost" ready for us every 5-10 minutes. We would have just left but they kept saying they were almost done.This wasn't even the worst part. The worst part was when we were actually being serviced. I know my car, I keep meticulous records. We just purchased it a couple months ago and had everything replaced and serviced upon purchase. Despite this, they were trying to sell us hard on rear diff, front diff, and transmission services WE HAD HAD DONE 2 MONTHS AGO and would cost $400-500 for everything. When I said we didn't need it as we had just done it and purchased the car the cashier was VERY RUDE. Kept asking us "Are you sure?" (at least 15 times) and rolling his eyes trying to convince us to purchase the extra services. I have never been treated so poorly in our lives. He was acting like we were complete idiots just to make a buck off of us trying to convince us we needed a service we did not need.It wasn't just these larger services, but also smaller things like the air filter. Trying to convince us our brand new air filter was the most disgusting/dirty air filter he had ever seen and we were endangering our son's life for not replacing it. This isn't my first car/first oil change. I know what a dirty air filter looks like -our brand new air filter was not dirty. He was just treating us like we were absolute idiots the entire time for telling him no and I was on the brink of tears when I left.I have always trusted Valvoline because they are honest and upfront and only tell me what I really need replaced -never trying to upsell me. This experience was like a Used Car Dealership. It was slimy and gross and they were just trying to milk a dollar out of customer by scamming them and convincing them to buy things they don't need -vs. the honestly, integrity, and respect for the customer I have come to expect from them. This one experience at this particular location devalued the entire brand/company to me.

The staff is very kind here, however when getting my oil topped off the an employee shut my trunk manually which they have in video. It is a trunk that must have a button that on the pressed. From that point on my trunk will not open at all. The regional management treated me horribly and said it was not their fault. Be very careful. The employees in the shop are kind and helpful however damage like this will make you have to put up a fight to force them to make it right.In response to your message your managers chose close this. I talked to them 30 minutes ago. Just because they say it’s closed does not mean the matter has been addressed.

Trevor, Isaac and Lauren did a great job on my oil change! Trevor took his time to explain everything my car needed and was very straightforward with what to prioritize-time wise. Quick service and good experience, even in this cold, rainy weather! I definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Redmond area!
