Villa Marina is a nice place but has issues with management and rules that only some neighbors follow. The HOA board is seen as controlling and discriminatory, with power held by a few people, some of whom are not residents. There are high fees, including a non-refundable admin fee, move-in fee, and application fee per applicant. Viewing a property requires a 24-hour appointment, and showings are not done after dark for safety reasons.
