Terrible Customer Service From The Manager❕❕❕
All he had to say when I brought up my dissatisfaction with customer service he replied “I’ve been here for like 15 years!” Can’t even cash a check at this location.. second time this location let me down and triggered my anxiety before leaving.
Wells Fargo isn’t special...
I HIGHLY SUGGEST FINDING A DIFFERENT BANK (or at least goto a different location)‼️

Customer service is not professional at all. I went to open an account and she told me it would take 15 minutes. It wasn't even 10 when the girl came back and told me it was going to take longer. I told her it was okay and that I could wait and she said no because according to the assistant it was going to take a while when my daughter and I had heard her say that she was going to finish with the other customer.

Every time I have come here recently, there is only one teller and while a line of angry customers form, Tharani, who I am assuming is the manager, is standing behind the counter talking down to her employees and doing nothing to help with the line. She sounds very condescending, she talks to people like they're stupid, and she lets the single teller take the heat from the impatient, angry customers. I have come in and seen the tellers get berated by impatient customers and she does nothing to stand up for/support her team. Very disappointing, poor leadership! The tellers are always kind and do their best!

No, they are only open during core hours when you are at work.

This is an awful bank. They have been scamming for years. They literally have made customers service inaccessible while other bank has. Don't start anything with this bank.

I’ve tried calling on 5 different days, a couple times a day, and no one has answered. I’ve got an appointment scheduled for today (scheduled online) and I’ve got a feeling that it won’t be on their calendar.

Worst experience. I tried to DEPOSIT my mothers check in her account and they said I couldn't because she he'd to be there. The older Caucasian woman was not friendly and did not bother to check that it was a joint account . I've never had problems before and she brought the supervisor and humiliated me in front of other guests and told me they would NOT DEPOSIT her check. I went to US Bank, and other banks and they have never heard of that policy . Don't have anything to say . Worst experience at a bank . She sarcastically told me to have a Merry Christmas ... as I left ... in her passive aggressive attitude. Honestly, I felt discriminated against ... because I'm not Caucasian... I haven't felt this way since I was a teenager growing up in this country .I wasn't aware that making a deposit required the actual person to be there ... again ... it was a DEPOSIT!!! I Wanted to Deposit my mothers money into her account ...

Worst place ever. I wanted to withdraw money from the bank and I couldn't because the teller couldn't pull my account up. There was a 15 minute wait to ad this up 20 minutes in total for the whole card thing
