Apologies No consideration When did banking become like going to the dentist. I will try someone else now with my fairly large accounts Wells Fargo could be the next big bank failure if you ask me.

Went there on Friday but they mentioned that they are busy and asked to come on Monday or after. They are not very accommodating or helpful.

I have been a customer of WellsFargo for over 40 years and we are RUNNING to another bank! After reviewing all of the outrageous and bogus charges over the past year we are no longer tolerating being charged over $1,600 dollars in travel fees, etc. We've put millions of our business dollars through this bank, our home mortgages, etc through this bank and they haven't benefited us in the least! Goodbye WF hello BECU!

Just got a cashier's check for a home purchase. Painless and the service has been wonderful. Both the tellers and the bankers have been kind and friendly every time I have visited. My favorite branch.

Went in so they could help me securely fax a document needed for my student loan and they said that their banker was busy until 5 (3 hour wait). I clarified that I just needed it faxed to the student loans department and was told it was not something they could handle. Not sure why they don't know the fax number to one of their departments but I am severely disappointed in how the handled this situation especially since it was a simple fax. If you have any issue that are more than a deposit you may have to go to another location since a simple fax is too complicated for the people here.
