Plan to get a skateboard for my friend and need to travel overseas. The staff there especially the girl were very patient and helpful. I was trying to figure the size and everything and the staff helped me understand what matters. Eventually I got everything I wanted and they gave me a discount at the end as well.

We visited Zumiez to buy a skateboard for our daughter. The customer service was excellent and we walked out with a skateboard and some great beginner tips on how to skate. We’re definitely going back to the store for more purchases. It was a wonderful experience shopping here.

They got the drippiest clothes / shoes up In here. But don't let them set up your board. go to a local skate shop for that. Anyway they got sick clothes and they have lots of shoes too.

went in with an idea for a new board, walked out with a brand new deck my 12-year-old envied. feels great, excellent attention to detail, great employees working the floor. we go back week after week y'all rock!

I don't write reviews unless I've had a disappointing experience. But here I am writing this one against my typical MO to give special recognition to this Zumiez shop and it's employees. Eric, Stonzi, Nick and gang were incredible in helping me locate a particular skateboard deck. They bent over backwards to help out making calls, wheelin' and dealin' with other shops, etc.. The shop is always full of good energy when I'm there. This location is now my new LSS. If what you're looking for isn't in stock there, the staff are amazing at finding it for you!

Stopped by the store today to just browse and the customer service was amazing! The manager Erich showed my 3 year old how to ride a skate board. He makes you feel like family.

I love my first board so much and I got it from here, when I ride it, it's butter! But all that aside, customers service is a 10/10. Went here to get a board, vane out with a board, a happy smile, a few tips to skate, and the feeling of being welcome to the community!!

Helped my daughter with a skate helmet and the staff was really helpful and friendly. You could tell the dude cared and there was no "vibes" in there that sometimes come with "core" skate shops. Good people and the only current skate shop in Redmond I am aware of - def reco them.

The employees here are above and beyond! The second we entered, my friend & I were given so many compliments on our outfits and hair. They were very vigilant to our needs, and even told us about their free shipping option if the clothes we wanted wasn't in store. They let us know about sales as well. Very nice experience!
