Went to inform the clerk that the air machine was broken, after it charged me and told him to maybe put some signs that say out of order so people aren’t continually getting charged for no air. He told me to call the number on the side of the machine and walked away. What a dick, do your job

This is by far the nastiest 711 I ever been to, o stopped to get some taquitos they were so dry and nasty 🤮 must been there for at a week.
711 actually sends them lots of supplies all he has to do is replace them and throw away the old ones but this guy is so lazy and dirty obviously.

Lately, Burnt coffee always, why they can't make fresh coffee? Before it was not like this, but past few months, I have been getting burnt coffee, I asked employees did they ever tasted coffee, they replied "NO", they are from India and never-ever tasted coffee, they only drink tea. No wonder they can't understand about coffee and its freshness.

I buy 3 cheese and beef tacos here and when I almost done with the last one I feel in my mouth something hard, I take it out and it is a piece of nail, what a disgusting, I Dont really buy food out side but this time I was so hungry and I past at this 7eleven… Salubrity needs to check this place, I hope I don’t get sick

I work nearby and frequent this 7/11 pretty often. The older guy that works here is awesome. He is always so nice whenever I come in and he remembers me. Highly recommend this place!

I had 3 scratch it tickets I brought in; two were expired but the one I wanted to redeem's barcode was not scanning. I didn't want to be rude and hold up the line so I let the one woman who was waiting behind me go ahead. Once she had gone and there was nobody in line I asked if he would mind please entering the numbers manually to redeem it. He scanned it again (beep! problem with barcode please try again!) and handed it back to me with my other two non-winning cards saying "not winner". Intentionally trying to mislead me and make me think that he had successfully scanned it, and that it was not a winning ticket. I said "I know *these two* aren't winners, but could you please try manually entering the code for this one?" He said it wouldn't scan. I said, I know, but maybe could you please try entering in the code by hand?" He refused. It was only a $2 win. He wouldn't even enter the "2nd chance" code by hand and it was only 5 characters long. :((I just noticed it is an Oregon lottery card haha. My oops. But doesn't change his rudey patootie customer service/attempt at willful deception.)Other than that, it's a pretty standard 7/11. It had more hot food ready to go than most others I've been in.

Do not use the cash machine at this location. Someone is scamming there and the manager want do anything about it. He says it has happen 3 times but keeps the machine anyways . I think hes in in it of you ask me.1200 SW 43rd St, Renton, WA 98057
