The team at Caliber Collision took care of me and my vehicle. I spotted some paint and trim issues after the first attempt (admittedly nit-picky given my ongoing lemon-law case with GM). Caliber owned it, followed their policies, and repainted the area to get it right. As Epictetus said, “It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.” Their reaction was beyond reproach. If you want a shop that goes the extra mile, choose Caliber.

I went in just to get an estimate only to be curtly told by a staff member (who was more concerned about her coffee) that they are a week out for them. Crazy, because I didn’t ask for them to fix it on the spot and realistically, it doesn’t take that much time to get an estimate for repairs.

Great customer service. I didn’t have to return my car, I went to get my car and it had something minor that still needed to be done and they fixed it within a couple of extra days. They kept me up to date the whole time would definitely recommend.

This was the highest rated body shop in our area. After experiencing it, I can see why. Great customer service, daily communication and a seamless experience with getting a rental car. They work with all the major insurance carriers and have already recommended them to others.

My name is Theresa McLean, Doug McLean's wife. I was the one who had the accident, and I was the one interacting with the people at Caliber.
It was a much, much better experience than I had anticipated, from beginning to end. Office staff, the estimator (Shane) and the mechanics/techs all did a wonderful job. They communicated well, helped with the rental car arrangements, and even washed my quite dirty Ioniq and vacuumed the inside. Amazing.

They are amazing! The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and so nice after my car accident. She was a breath of fresh air after having to deal with a lot of craziness and stressful situations. The repairs were done when they said it would be and they kept me informed the whole time, and my car look brand new. I would highly recommend them if you need a repair done. They even have easy pickup and drop off with enterprise car rentals it’s like a one stop shop it’s awesome!

Since my poor Subaru seems to have become a local parking lot target 🎯 (3 times!), Caliber on Main St in Renton has been my main squeeze. Each time, excellent repair and service. They communicate frequently and very clearly. I have not had any issues with the repair work. They return my car clean. And they have popcorn and lollipops in the lobby. Well done Caliber, well done.
