really good local hardware store. you can buy individual fasteners there instead of unnecessary huge packs and the employees are kind and helpful and every time I've gone in they've helped me very quickly, Sam even went above and beyond and loaded many big waterlogged bags of garden dirt into my car for me.

This place is amazing and Josh the Store supervisor was extremely helpful with my plumbing repair that I was needing. They have a lot of parts that other Ace Hardware stores don’t have and they even gave me a free part because they didn’t have the exact part I needed.

I rarely go to this Ace Hardware and got a coupon in the mail for 25% off so decided to go there. The person who helped me today was rude. The price for the item I was buying was a regular price not a sale item with the price posted was different than the price. It rang up when I pointed it out she said Coupon for it I had to explain to her that it was not on sale She didn’t believe me even when I had my And look she sent somebody else to look She made the change without communicating with me whatsoever apologize and she didn’t say thank you. She never smiled, made eye contact. Her tone was just rude. I won’t be coming back to this Ace unless I absolutely have to. They get you together for a coupon, but they don’t have the Customer Service to back up anything I’ve been to other Ace Hardware’s that are much better than this one. I’m not sure what the problem is. I don’t think I’ve ever given anyone a one star review before but today I had to.
