Custom Auto Collision was the worst experience I ever had trying to find a reliable shop to get my car fixed. I did some research on google and yelp. They have good reviews so I figured I would take my car here to get my car fix. I talked to Ricky which it’s the shop owner. He told me that he’ll deal with my insurance company directly and all I’ve to do it’s to pay my deductible trying to win my business over our first conversation we had. Sounds like I can trust him from the beginning because all I wanted it’s my car to be fixed. He told me that it’ll be done within 2-3 weeks but took them over a month and half to finally get my car back. Once I got it back, they didn’t do with my alignment and said they drove the car without hands on the steering wheel and it’s seems to drive straight so no need for alignment. Really??? They didn’t completed the works to my car either. This is a joke and clown show. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone if you trying to get your car fixed the right ways. I was frustrated so I called Ricky over the phone about why he makes all the broken promises and delays getting my car back. He actually went off on me and said some disrespectful words and we had argument over this situation. Common man! You’re not doing your jobs correctly. You even told me that your shop it’s in debt for 17k and there’s a car in your shop that you couldn’t get the parts to get it done for 2 yrs now. That might be the reason why you don’t have the funds to order the parts for my car. My insurance trying to pay you directly and you don’t have the right taxes ID numbers? I asked Ricky if he can charges 4.4k to my debit card and he said his shop only take cash from his customers. This is a red flags! I dont know if there’s some scandalous business they’re doing behind scene!! I just want to get my car back so I can go back to my normal routine lifestyle. I didn’t mind going to the bank and withdraw the money out to pay for the repairs. He didn’t give me a receipt for 4.4k in cash I gave him for the repairs either and only give me the estimate paperwork. TBH, It doesn’t take over a month and half to ordered parts and get it fixed. I ends up paying over 1k for my car rental since my insurance only covers $500 for my car rentals. Ricky was very rude and disrespectful once you get to know him and how he operate. This was my worst experience ever! I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. They talk all the talk and can’t walk the walk. Custom Auto it’s a small shop and don’t have the right equipments to get your car done correctly. You can go to his shop first and take a look around and you’ll knows what I am talking about. I finally got a called from Ricky and he said my car is ready to pickup. I was excited But OMG! Are your serious??? They didn’t complete their jobs and my car front side bumper was still hanging loose cause they didn’t bother to their job the right way. Don’t get fools into getting your car fixed from Custom Auto. This shop is unreliable and untrustworthy.

Be advised: ‘All About Auto Collision’ aka Custom Auto in Renton does substandard work. Cheap prices because the work is cheap. If you love your car like I do & and expect excellent results, take your car elsewhere. These guys do cheap paint sprays and cut corners at every opportunity just to make it passable. In my case they didn’t replace the front bumper skin they used the old damaged skin and simply repainted it not once - but twice. They deny they painted it twice. So their record keeping is just as bad as work they do... I refused the repairs upon pickup the first time because color was way off and they re-painted it a second time without removing the bumper. (See masking tape marks) Looks barely passable. They did not bother to replace the damaged inner wheel well plastics either as seen in the picture. Here’s the deal, they should have used all NEW parts, they charged All State for all new parts, My honest intent is to call out substandard work and letting others know my experience. They over promise on everything with a smile. They are nice but just not honest. Note; There were other obvious issues with their repairs to my car as well. Bottom line: If you want cheap quick spray paint repair for cash, this is the place to go.. if you want want quality, not the place. Seriously, go elsewhere.

All About Auto Collision is AWESOME! This is the third time I've gone to them. This time I needed a mirror assembly replaced. Not only were they the best price but actually reduced the price from what was quoted. I guess the part ended up being less than originally quoted and they passed the savings onto me! Most places wouldn't have. Their work is great, the owner and staff are all wonderful. I can't say enough good things about All About Auto Collision and highly recommend trusting your car or truck to them.

Got my car fixed by Tony and his team for a bumper repair. Tony was super friendly and provided great service on my repair. His team made it easy to work with filing a claim with the insurance. Tony went above and beyond and truly an honest body shop. I would do business again here at his shop.

All About Auto Collision was great! They had solid availability to make an appointment, great communication, and did a very thorough job when repairing my Hellcat. I’m very appreciative for them and will give them a call should anything ever happen to one of my vehicles.

They did a great job for me! A car backed into my car, leaving minor scratches across my bumper. After taking a look at the scratches, they gave me a verbal quote of $200 to buff out the scratches and polish the area. They were able to do the job the very next morning. The scratches were gone, they washed my car, and charged me exactly $200 after tax. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

Ricky and his team offered incredible service. I reached out on a day they were closed and he still responded. He was able to give me a quick quote at a great price and took care of me. I’m extremely happy and will come back if I ever need more service done.

I can't recommend this service enough, they repaired a deep scratch on my passenger side door from a parking lot pillar. I tried to get a range of estimates before choosing a business; my only regret was not going with this one first (they did get back to me first, after all). I was able to pick my car up the morning after dropping it off, which was faster than I expected. There was also a shallow scratch on the side mirror they fixed that I hadn't included in the initial photo, which I appreciated. The work looks great - like it never happened! Ricky is knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. I sent some additional pictures for diagnosis after I first reached out, and he let me know that he'd be able to repair it for significantly less than the original estimate. He's an honest dude and really did me a favor, so the least I can do is leave him a good review. Thanks, Ricky!

Did a great job of fixing my Mercedes GLE 350 damage in a very quick and timely manner. Tony is a good guy and will get the job done. My Kia stinger took a lot of time but it wasn’t their fault dude to parts shortage though I wish I knew they hadn’t been authorized by insurance/ or let me know there was an option to pay for expedited shipping on the parts when asked, immediately instead of after asking numerous times over half a year. In the end I ordered said part from Canada’s Kia instead which inevitably allowed work to resume otherwise I probably still wouldn’t have the parts as I am still missing one from Kia but just happy to have my car back but I do recommend you working with them for parts if not available locally to save everyone’s time.

The best auto body shop I have ever worked with! Ricky was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Other shops gave me an estimated return of 3-4 days and Ricky completed the repairs in less than one day! My car looks good as new. I highly recommend All About Auto Collision!

We were very pleased with our experience at All About Auto Collision. The staff was very friendly, got us in same day for an estimate, and provided the documentation we needed for insurance as soon as we requested it. Initially we were scheduled to start work on our car in early February, but they were able to get us in two weeks early. They had our car for 2 weeks (car is older and parts were a little tricky to order). They replaced the hood, radiator, AC compressor, headlights, front bumper and the front frame. They vacuumed the car and wiped down the interior before returning it to us. The car looks fantastic, and feels solid after driving it about 30 minutes to get it home.

This is my second time I have taken my car in for damage. I explained this is my only car and they took the time to do the repair work over the weekend. Tonly brought me home and picked me up when the car was ready. The work was excellent, as it was the first time. I highly recommend this body shop. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, does work above and beyond. It is my pleasure to highly recommend this shop.. Thank you Tony Carlo Picciau
