I went in trying to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T along with buying a new phone. I usually hate going in and will try to avoid it if possible but Lola took her time and walked me through everything from setting up the phone, to any questions I had about the plan itself. Very happy with that store.

I want to start by saying that I’m not a huge fan of having to go into the phone store at all because i know I’m gonna be there all day & won’t leave without paying an arm or leg. Today however, i went in with 1 issue needing fixed & while there decided to ask if maybe he could look at another…. Not only have i been having (the second issue) problems for about 6 months (that’s how much i don’t like going in, soo i ignore it) but this AMAZING man named Mitchell (Mgr.- as he should be?) came to my rescue & literally fixed my 6 month issue in about 1 1/2 minutes, as my jaw hit the ground… couldn’t believe it!! He seriously took my stress & anxiety away as he greeted me with a smile & actually looked at me as he asked about ME & MY day…. It felt like i was the only customer there & that he cared, not like i was a “number” but a person… all the while he was cool, calm & collected but extremely knowledgeable & very humble but confident. He handled me with care & efficiency…. I don’t see that anymore, soo i took note & wanted to make sure everyone knew that MITCHELL is the guy to see!! I manage my own store in a different industry & it makes it hard when you have last minute customers that truly need assistance but he never made me feel silly, stupid or rushed.He made my experience easy & if i ever need to go back in, i will NEVER go anywhere else!! He made a believer outta me to still have hope in humanity!! LolThanks Mitchell & AT&T for the help & education tonight!! It’s safe to say that i left with all my limbs attached!!??

Edit: They set up our accounts incorrectly :( We set up a first net account in-store as I'm an RN, but they put me on a two line premium plan at a significantly higher rate. Spent hours in-store to "set it up" and hours on the customer service line to get it corrected. Phone customer service was helpful though. Was 5 stars, down to 2 for all the hassle. Will update after I go in and try to get the extra amount they charged me back.Great service !! Clear answers to questions and upfront about costs. Worked with Wade, who was exceptionally well versed in all things phone and plan related. Absolutely will return here in the future.

My wife and I just had the most amazing experience in any phone store ever. We worked with Lola, and she was helpful, officiant, and a great attitude, and was able to help us with transferring my verison phone with AT&T. Definitely made the switch to AT&T worth all the effort because of her. If you ever need help ask for her!

Fast and friendly service from the workers and manager. I try not to go into a store to upgrade my phone but online wasn’t working. I’ll be coming to this location for any future AT&T matters.
