Fast service, nice waiting room. Did a very poor job on cost estimates over the phone when I scheduled the service. Ended up paying ~530% more than the expectation that was set.

Made an appointment to get a key cut. Waited 40 mins in waiting area before being told the machine was broken. I should have been called before I even came in explaining machine was broken. Horrible customer service

Wow Auto Nation went all out to take care of me and my car. Speedy, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service. Will definitely be returning. Counting on the crew to maintain this car as they did my last Honda Accord. It lasted 20 years. 250 K and going strong when I traded it in for my HR-V.

I waited for a while before hearing from anyone but Justin after done with his customer asked if I needed help. He helped me right away and worked with me on my needs for my vehicle and let me know around what time my vehicle would be done. He was awesome and personable and I appreciate that.

I had one of the best car buying experiences here at Honda of Renton. Jeff, my sales guy is an awesome dude and Dustin the sales manager was a great guy as well. Very easy to work with, little negotiating or stiff arming. Treated me with respect and didn’t try to totally low ball me on my trade in value. I appreciate you all at AutoNation Honda of Renton. WORSE dealership experience everHave been owning and leasing over 10 carsNever had I have to put down 3 grands deposit to hold the car, only be told the next day that the payoff value ( of my trade-in car) was dramatically higher and thus resulted in $3K additional hike!This, after a back and forth communication of 2 days, turned out to be an internal error between the dealer and its parent financial division?!Bad management, unethical practices, and slow, inefficient process.Save yourself trouble and shop elsewhere

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM!!!!Purchased vehicle in June 2022 with extended warranty, gap, and theft protection. I traded in the car in June 2023 due to needing a bigger vehicle and I needed to cancel my add on items listed above for a refund. I called 7/3, 7/5, 7/7 leaving a voicemail every time with no call back. 7/7 the second time I called they answered and told me I have to drive down to the dealership to cancel in person. So I did that weekend just to be told I came at a bad time and had me write down the information on a piece of PRINTER paper, PLEASE tell me why I couldn't of sent that information in an email like I asked instead I drove 2 hours with my newborn baby down to the dealership. I was told someone would call me back within 48 hours and nothing. Sent follow up emails and calls with no response then finally after I reached out to the General Manager I got a response and was told the information was submitted and to wait 6-8 weeks for my refund check (about $2,000.00). Waited 8 weeks before reaching out because nothing came and received a call from Omar in their Finance Department, all to find out the information was typed incorrectly and had to start over, waited another 10 weeks and followed 11/12 again multiple times to get a response today 11/15 that the final piece was submitted that I was told was submitted on previously on September 12th. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 6-8 weeks and hope Omar doesn't forget to do something AGAIN or have an error. WHY does a process that should only take 8 weeks now turning into an over 27 week timeline? ABSOLUTE joke and will never refer anyone or come back, all they care about is money not their customers or customer service. They show no urgency, organization, and recognition to customers who did purchase a car all they want is new customers.

Such a helpful group of people. When I couldn’t get the car I wanted, Ray sat patiently and went over what I could get. He was so patient. He went back to pictures numerous times and never sounded frustrated with me. And the gentleman who handled the financial end of it was just as helpful! I am definitely a devoted customer!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and nice. I was there for four hours! Purchased a used Chevy 2500 ( I got a really great deal) . Paid cash. Not sure why it took so long.
