First time in for wiper blades I was sold the wrong style of blades, even after looking them up. My car wasn't running at the time, lost my receipt...pissed away almost $70. If customer doesn't have a receipt but has the original packing/still brand new, it would be nice if Auto Zone gave an in-store credit. Other than selling me the wrong parts AND not making it right. They were polite while they were screwing me over.

The clerks wete young, but helpful. Store was next on the list for a robbery of auto zones in the area, the kid locked the door, I didn't feel much safer since the whole place is glass lol, they had a metal detector on the door but since it's an automotive store EVERYONE has a metal something. Bonus is, they honored my battery warrantee, and no one got robbed, welcome to 2024

Worst customer service tried to return a part and they said they couldn't return without even trying. Went to another auto zone and had no problem returning.

The old White women at the desk inside Autozone is nasty, disrespectful and no help. She treats customers horribly. People sometimes need help or have questions about vehicle parts that they don't understand. Old grey haired white women should be fired immediately. The Black women at the desk inside Autozone was helpful and polite. Don't come to this Autozone if you need help with maintenance or parts for vehicle.

Customer service is lacking if you are female....from the female employee. I had to ask three times where something was before she pointed in the general direction.

Just needed to come in a get oil for my car. It was a couple minutes to ten and the doors were locked. The person working in the store just looked up and kept looking at his phone. Looked at the hours online and it says they open at 7:30.... I'll be going to the next auto store from now on. Hasn't been the first time I've had a bad experience from there. Employees are RUDE.

My car was running out of oil and no place to change oil as it was over 6:00 pm. Matthew helped me get the right oil and filled up for me. He is very nice and professional. This store has good service. Recommend to anyone.

Went in to get lightbulb for my daughters car. If I order for curbside pickup the lights were 37.99, in the store they were 45.99. I asked the manager if he would match the online price and he said “no”. Customer service is a thing of the pastI guess. How much sense does it make to pay a staff member to pull the item and then schlep it out to my car when I am there with the item in hand at the cash register? And to top it off, the manger was SUPER rude. The cashier guy was nice enough.
