scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out to get 4 new tires that i explicitly asked to see if they were in stock, they were. Show up to my appointment only to be told they didnt have my tires in stock, weren't ready for me for another hour and then upsold me on some tires that were $400 more for the package.

After using Big O Tires for all my tire needs for my entire adult life, that has ended in 2023. In one day I had Big O do two tires and an alignment on one of my vehicles and do an alignment and a tire rotation on a separate vehicle. In both cases, the technician (Joseph Smith) left greasy fingerprints in my vehicle. In one vehicle, they were all over the headliner, and in the second vehicle on the center console. I had to bring both vehicles back separately to get them cleaned, but my headliner is still stained from this. There was an opportunity here to keep my business by offering something in the way of compensation for the time I had to wasted dealing with this (and the remaining stains in my vehicle), but I guess I am expecting too much these days. The great irony of this encounter was the conversation I had at the service counter with the manager about how they would be happy to do my oil changes for me at a reasonable price and it would be so much more convenient for me. No thanks guys, I can work on my own vehicles without smearing grease everywhere.At another appointment I had this year two of the older gentleman at the front desk were talking about more aggressively upselling customers to make them spend more money at the shop. That's probably not a conversation you should have when there are customers sitting in your waiting room...I have found the experience at Discount Tire down the road to be vastly less trouble than this place.

I stopped by to see if they could do my front brakes which were grinding and how much it would cost; to my surprise, it was just what I needed to get the job done that, and I had no means for paying at that time.The customer service was professional and resourceful! I've been taking my jeep there for many years. Had my tires rotated, and an oil change. I found 2 of my lock lugs missing. I advised the guy at the desk. He apologized. Said he would order new ones and call when they arrived. It has been almost a week. So I'm driving around on 4 lugs on 2 tires. Not professional. I finally went and bought replacements. Still waiting on big O to come through.

Great customer service and my car battery was replaced on time. Alex, the Store Manager was able to accommodate me with my appointment on the same day besides their very busy schedule. Look forward to my next appointment for a shock absorber replacement.

Made an appointment for 8 am on a Saturday over a week in advance. Arrived right at 8 to be told "Oh, we don't have them." and be pushed to buy significantly cheaper tires instead. No notice, no apology, nothing. Save your time and energy and just go somewhere else.
