Brought my daughters iphone in for a cracked screen. He said it would be done in 30 mins or so. Unfortunately I had other obligations so couldn't wait around. Left the phone and told him I'd be back the next day. Just got it back now and it's like new! Amazing job. Highly recommend. Will definitely do business with again.

Dropped in to get a new battery put in my phone as it's a difficult one to replace and other than degrading battery after 2 years it runs great. EBay sent me the wrong battery so An at the shop looked up the proper one on Amazon and I got it the next day. He put it in really quick. Professional job and super nice friendly people, highly recommend. We have one more phone of the same model that I'm going to bring in and have that battery changed out too. A lot of places I tried would only work on iPhones and didn't want to look at my Motorola they didn't even blink, they just got the job done here. While you're waiting the shawarma and gyro shop next door is great. Also the little Mexican market is nice next door. If you need to kill more time McLendon's hardware is right across the street.

A solution cell repair was good to me. Courteous, honest and helpful. My note 20 ultra 5 g had cracked screen. They fixed and did little extra in hour or less. So people if you want good service and honest pricing, give them a call or visit. Already recommended to few friends and family members. Thank you a solution. Take care and appreciate your help.

A little after a week I got my phone fixed, I dropped it from about 3 feet, onto soft carpet. Turns out my phone screen wasn’t properly (even) glued on, and it had completely separated.
I would ask for a refund. But I’m sure that opportunity has passed.

The charging port on my iphone had been getting less and less functional, and I was certain it needed to be replaced. I had already tried cleaning it with compressed air and a toothpick with no luck. Called A Solution and they said to bring it in so they could see if it needed to be replaced or simply cleaned. With their expertise, they cleaned it in minutes and restored full functionality, saving me the replacement cost. This is a great business!

I just took my brick of a laptop (wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge) into the shop and walked out 10 minutes later with a fully functional laptop! He didn't want to charge me for the repair because he hadn't given me a price quote up front (but I gave him a cash "tip"). In that 10 minutes he tested my charger cord, found something rattling around inside the laptop case and reattached it, tested a few connections on the motherboard, got it to boot up, then got it charging. I will definitely come back to this shop when I have computer problems! Really nice guy.

FAST QUICK EXPERT AFFORDABLE CARING An, the owner, expert technician helps me with diagnosing what is wrong with my Andriod phone, its a broken faulty microphone, he recommends either the hardware repair, or purchase of newly refurbished used phone, I chose the refurbished phone, he even saved the contacts list and Notepad notes. He was accessible by email, VMX and in-store too. I am very satisfied with the new phone and the excellent customer service.

At first, I thought I would have to come back another day because I arrived at 10 am, and they said they would need until 3 pm to fix the phone. However, they managed to finish by 1:30 pm. I returned around 2:00 pm, and as you can see from the before and after photos, the phone looks as good as new! They were flexible with the timing, provided great quality service, and the owner was very nice. Thank you for fixing my phone!

Very nice guy and super helpful. I was referred by one of my friends to buy a laptop from here. My friend bought me the laptop even though i didn't go to the shop. He gave me the best Macbook pro which he had. I highly recommend this store for any computer needs.

I can't recommend A Solution enough! Four years ago, I bought an Apple Thunderbolt Display from them, and it’s still working perfectly with my Mac mini today. The owner is incredibly honest and knowledgeable, always offering the most cost-effective solutions.
Last year, when my mother visited from abroad, her phone’s charging cord broke while plugged in the port, a metal piece stuck inside and she couldn't charge the phone anymore. We went to three different places where quotes ranged from $80 to $100, and some even said opening up the whole phone is the only way to fix it.
We decided to drive an hour to A Solution, and the owner was like let me take a look. It literally took him one minute, he came out and told us it's done and no charge. He saved us a headache as well as time and money.
I will never go to any other repair shop. A Solution is the best!

friendly and super reasonable pricing! got my ipad 9th gen screen repair in under 2 hrs and had a glass screen protector placed as well. fingers crossed i won’t need to repair again but if i do i’ll definitely be returning :)
