Terrible service, rude attitude towards customers, rude employees, I came to change the oil, in a new car, with a mileage of 10,000 km, I waited 3 hours for an oil change, and after changing the oil they began to deceive me. I need to change the pads I need to clean some kind of air system I really didn't like it the employees are all arrogant just to deceive me I don't recommend anyone to use this service

Just to update my experience with car pros of Renton the last experience was so bad and the car was only a year and a half old. My friend said she is never going back there and has traded in the car for a Subaru just so they don't have to deal with them againIf you want real service, I suggest going to Bellevue .

Do not buy a Hyundai! And do not buy a car from this dealer. Here is a partial list of issues:* I should've walked away when I first bought the car as these folks do the usual trickery where they try to add thousands of dollars in additional fees when you do the deal with the finance person. But that's par for the industry to have skeezy sales and finance people so I ignored the red flags. * When my 2020 Kona that was less than a year old, it started running rough and then just stalled one day. I discovered the oil was almost empty. How can a modern car burn so much oil? I have to add 1/2 a quart of oil every other time that I fill the tank. I have never had to do that for any car I've ever owned. I told this dealer and they were *very familiar* with this issue. One tech offhandedly said I'd probably need a new engine that would be replaced under warranty as they were seeing many Konas with this issue. But alas! When I brought it in repeatedly for testing, they said the oil consumption "met their standards" so no further action. I continue to dump oil in this car, seems to burn even more now. * Then, add the fact that we can't change insurance because Hyundai/Kia didn't put the most basic anti-thrift devices in their cars for a few years in order to save money. Now those cars are stolen at a ridiculous rate. Even though our car has the anti-theft device, we still can't switch insurance because no one will insure Hyundai/Kias or if they do it's expensive. * I asked this dealer how much a 20k service would be, which is basically an oil change and checking a bunch of stuff, and they said $700. I went to my local place and they did everything on the checklist for $100. I regret buying this car and will never, ever buy another Hyundai or Kia, and will never buy from a Car Pros dealership. Buyer beware.

So I come in, everything was fine. Dropped keys off. Was told 1.5 to 2 hours at the most. At about 2.5 hours I go up and ask about my car because I have places to be, and then they come back telling me the wifi was down for about a hour and NO ONE came to let me know or check in that they can complete what was needed. Now telling me it’s another 1.5 hours, like I have nothing to do. Never seen this kind of bad communication.

My experiance with Dawm Lych sales and Rick Moujais was the best experiance ever. Dawn and Rick refused to let me lose hope. There was no pressure just pure understanding and care. I have to say they were a blessing to me. I am so overjoyed and blessed with the outcome. Please value these 2 people. I cant wait to refer my family and friends to Dawn and Rick. Tanner was a great salesman, very nice guy with a “Can’t take no” style, but it got me more than I imagined. See him if you get the chance! Jonathon and Josiah was great as well with finalizing the deal. I went there without intentions of getting a car same week and locked in a great used Elantra. It was pretty stressful because the price kept adjusting after agreements, but I’m happy they met me in the middle with fair negotiations. Good experience to learn from for sure. LOVE the car!

Service Department attempted to sell me a $800 30k mile maintenance that I had already purchased.I cited my contract, the Scheduled coverage type and the 5 year/60,000 mile term. The Hyundai Protection Plan Maintenance Wrap Terms & Conditions which states for my Scheduled Maintenance Coverage plan: "If you selected the Scheduled Maintenance Coverage Type...this agreement provides the following Covered Services for the Covered Vehicle: ALL maintenance items as listed in the maintenance section of the Owner's Manual at each interval. The number of Covered Services provided is based on the Term in Years/Miles and usage interval selected."After I discussed this with the service department, I was informed that no maintenance plan exists that would cover the maintenance.If you come to this establishment for servicing your vehicle, brush up on your contract and be prepared for them to take you for a ride. Do not let them convince you to pay out of pocket for a service you pre paid for at purchase.Good Luck.

Went in to look at a new car while I was traveling. My cousin recommended me to this dealership because he bought his car here and they had great customer service and spoke Spanish. They were very transparent with the payment asked me what warranties I wanted and gave me the price differences for everything I was inquiring about. Experience so good, we came back for another car. Very nice place and hospitality feels natural and not forced. We were shopping around and weren't super sure what we wanted. Once we narrowed our selections from competitors and Hyundai, Jonathan really was the difference. No rush and was patient enough to go above and beyond to make us comfortable and work around our limitations regarding finances. If you ever get to the financing stage, ask for Jonathan. Down to earth, honest, reliable and goes above and beyond!

My wife and I were in the market for a new car and worked with Danny G at Car Pros Hyundai. He was an awesome resource and helped us make an informed decision. Once we decided on a model and trim, we shopped around a bit but didn’t have a great experience with other reps at the nearby dealerships. Aside the fact he matched(beat)all of offers, he was transparent with any costs associated with the purchase and walked us through the process.A few of our friends asked about our new car and we will definitely send them Danny G’s way. They will set up an appointment then cancel 30 minutes before the appointment because "the car isn't ready".Frustrating thing to read, especially when you confirmed so many times prior to that date that it's ready to be looked at and test driven when making the appointment.Don't be so insistent on getting people to come in when you're going to pull this BS.
