Carniceria Los Compadres #3 is a Mexican market and taqueria offering very good, authentic food, primarily tacos. The restaurant is located inside the store, which features a great meat counter with wonderful marinated meats and fresh produce. The little cantina inside is a blessing, serving awesome food with great flavors and prices. The tacos, like the asada or quesabirria, are simple but perfect, with flavorful, well-seasoned meat, good tortillas, and fresh onion, cilantro, and lime. They offer a total assortment of delicious food, including fresh salsas with the right levels of heat. The staff is always helpful, quick, kind, and super friendly. Service can be busy, requiring ordering at the counter, and there can be a bit of a wait when the place is crowded, as it often stays busy. The seating area has fun chairs and can seat about twenty people. The store itself is lovely, with various goodies and staples. While the busy atmosphere includes families and can be loud, the food is so good that it is highly recommended. It is a great place for Mexican and Tex-Mex food, where you can get your groceries and pick up a taco while there.

This place is a hidden gem! Best marinated meats, chicharrones, and carne seca. We love the variety of snacks, drinks, and salsas you can’t find at a regular grocery store.

Variety is somewhat limited. They do not have panaderia or bakery but do have what looks like a very very limited amount that is delivered. The Meat market looked clean and well stocked and had a get your own cooked chicharron hot food bar type of space.
