Very friendly front desk staff. Accommodations where mafe to meet my specific needs. Dr Nguyen is a great listener. Made me feel heard, valid in my concerns and executed a plan for my medical care thst I felt very confident and supportive. Dr. Nguyen is kind, very knowledgeable and made me feel as if I was her only patient! I would recommend her to any of my friends or family . She is wonderful!

DO NOT COME HERE DISRESPECTFUL FRONT DESK TALL LADY WITH SHORT HAIRI came here for chest tightness and shortness of breath after being seen in the hospital 2 days prior. After an issue with my prescription a RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CHILD LIKE front desk lady had NO SYMPATHY OR EMPATHY to my frustration after expressing myself IN TEARS AND SHORT OF BREATH. Her response to me was a cut throat “BYE” and walking away MULTIPLE TIMES WHILE MAKING UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS HAND GESTURES.THIS PLACE LEAVES ME HOPELESS OF HEALTHCARE AND FEELING LESS THAN A HUMAN.

I'm hearing impaired and disabled physically, I asked to speak to a charge nurse; they refused. I asked to speak to a counselor they refused!!!! I plainly told to the nurse that I was hearing impaired and he told me to stop yelling! And to get out of the hospital and called Security on me and threw me out the side of the emergency door where the ambulance unload!!! I will be calling Olympia today!!

I really liked my doctor, however Valley charges you for a separate appointment and charge if you you talk or say anything outside of what you went there for. If you go there for a simple physical and at the time you have a small issue like my elbow is sore, they will charge you for another visit and a diagnosis or whatever. I’m done with this place , good job Valley, or not

DO NOT COME HERE. I had a horrible experience with the front desk lady as she canceled my appointment for being 3 minutes late and having me wait 10-15 minutes standing to see if I can be seen the same day. While she was clicking away she stood up to look for another patient to check in (I’m still standing waiting for any update). 8 more minutes went by until she asked for my address to tell me I will be rescheduled for the following week. Very bad attitude with eyes rolling at me. I am not sure who hires these type of front desk people, but the hiring manager at this place is in need of a revaluation. Very unprofessional here. If you can save your time to go to another clinic, please do!

Dr. M. Hallowell at Cascade Clinic, Renton is excellent. I highly recommend. He is a new doctor for me. He is always prepared for my visit, I love that. Focused & engaging with his patient. Brenda B.

Love my doctor, she is always so kind and so helpful. The front desk staff is rude and does not acknowledge people as they walk in.

Dr. Cheney was wonderful and super personable during our appointment, she made sure I was heard through any questions I had or any concerns I had.

Kristen Parker should be ashamed of herself for the way she treats the patients that walk through this clinic. I visited her once for a regular check up and asked her a question and was billed an insane amount for "discussing other medical issues" (mind you it was one simple question). Still, I decided to give her another chance. Valley was doing construction on their parking lots and I couldn't find parking the morning of my next appointment so I was less than ten minutes late. When I went inside I apologized to the receptionists as I understand everyone's time is valuable and let her know that if we had to reschedule it was totally okay. The receptionist said the parking lot situation had caused many patients to run a little late and she could still have me seen by the doctor. I was soon called in and seen my the medical assistant who was wonderful. She told me it would only be a few minutes until doctor parker would come in. I waited 45 minutes....when I realized they might of forgotten about me I peeked my head out of the room to see dr. Parker and kindly asked how much longer she thought it would be. This set her off. She started yelling that I had been late and would have to wait in that room for her to be free and that could be in 6 HOURS. I said okay and went to the receptionist again to display my concerns and she said that dr parkers behavior was unacceptable and the clinic manager would be in touch. No one ever reached out even with me calling again multiple times. On top of that a couple days later I received a letter in the mail saying that I had completely missed the appointment and would be charged a fee if I had another no call no show. This happened about a year ago and I am shocked to see she is still working for this clinic. I've scrolled through the reviews and it looks like many patients have had similar issues with this doctor. I would not trust her with my information let alone my health. She makes VMC look terrible, although if they allow someone like this to "take care" of patients, maybe they are terrible....

I went in for my yearly physical and the doctor seemed nice enough. Physicals are covered by my insurance. I made a comment about how I was thinking I had some type of infection but probably not. We talked about it briefly, turned out I didn't. Because of that conversation, I was charged an entire separate appointment. I've never heard of this and seems absolutely insane. I guess my advice is watch what you say and don't express concerns to your doctor here if it's a physical unless you want to be charged. The office seemed annoyed when I called to ask, more of a there's nothing you can do about it. Missing my old doctor, hoping they won't keep being dismissive.
