I Never feel comfortable everytime I come to this business. I never was given any options of colors or anything. No refreshments offered No conversation from any techs I schedule a appt and still have to wait then the techs act like they didn’t want to provide services which was fine but that’s no way to treat or make a customer feel.. This was my 5th or 6th time coming here but will be my last I thought maybe it was a bad day but clearly everyday for me coming there is bad

This was my first time at Cascade Nails, and I was so impressed! The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Service was quick, efficient, and my toenails look great. Plus, they have the best prices in the area—such a great value for the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Best place I’ve gotten my nails done in Renton. I do acrylics and they never break!!!! Set after set, I do fills every 3 weeks and never had any break on me. Super easy to work with and talk to. I’m always a little particular about my nails and they’ve never made me feel bad for my special requests. One time I was on a tight schedule and asked if they could get it done in 30 minutes and amazingly they did! Could not recommend this place enough.

Unable to get service because they consistently close early more than 30 minutes before their sign says. Frustrating!

These people are cruel to children, my 7 year old daughter had to use the restroom and the refused her. I could understand had it been me or an older kid but she had bladder problems and she is a small child. Sincerely I am disgusted and I will not be going to this nail shop in the future. I just moved to the area and I could never!!!!

Fantastic work! My nails have never looked so good. They were extremely kind, thorough and timely. You can tell they have a lot of regular customers and I'm looking forward to becoming one too!

First time here. TT is amazing, so nice and friendly. Very understanding of what I wanted.
Downside, she cut too deep on one finger and made me bleed.

Super cheap pedicures. Crappy service. I gather this place is better for manis than pedis. The guy who did my feet was surly and wouldn't talk to me, just pushed my feet up and down and around. Seemed like he hated his job. The place seems more focused on getting as many people in and out as quickly as possible instead of doing quality work. I got the deluxe, so it's not like I paid less for stingy service. My guy tried to get by with doing only a single coat, no top coat, and said goodbye immediately after setting the bottle down to rush down to more customers that came in. When I said "hey so you only one coat? Okay." He came back visibly pissed to do a second coat. I very much got the impression that they just wanted me to leave with wet toenails and not give them a few moments to dry. They didn't offer to help me get my flip flops back on. I was dismissed as soon as he walked away. It was sorta: okay, rubbed your legs/feet down, swiped some polish, now get out. Not going back. If you're looking for a pedi on a budget, just know not to expect much attention or effort when it comes to the actual polish. He did do a decent job cleaning up the areas around my nails, which is why they're getting 2 stars instead of one.

Super great and fast service. Despite the tech rushing a bit to get everyone's nails done before close, my nails are perfect! Not misshapen, color is even and beautiful, and nails are sharp as knives! I will absolutely be coming back.

Nancy is so kind! I absolutely loved getting my nails done today! I brought my 4 month old in, and everyone was so nice and caring ? I was asked every step of the way if my nails were to my liking. Nancy told me about my two hang nails, so I knew ahead of time. We talked about how I liked to get my nails done, and she offered powder acrylics since I get the same every time. Today was one of the best experiences I've had in getting my nails done
