I visited a lot of different bike shops looking for new bikes for my wife and myself. Dave at Center Cycle was great. He had lots to share about the differences between different bikes. Ultimately, we decided to get a bike elsewhere that center cycle just didn't carry, but I was honestly disappointed not to make the purchase here after all the help Dave gave us. I will definitely come back when it's time to buy the next bike.

Customer service isn't the best, and they don't have the prices so I could know I'm buying

I got my first nice bike at the original location and came back recently. The owner and staff are so helpful and they have a great selection of Specializer bikes.

Started working with this shop several years ago and I have nothing but good things to say. Here you will find friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. They are usually able to provide service same day or within the week, which is always appreciated. They spend time with each of their customers, that is important to remember, if you come
In with an immediate need, don’t get impatient, as you will also receive a high level of service. Though there is a closer bike shop, I chose to drive the extra bit to support this business.

I continue to appreciate the friendly, helpful service of Center Cycle. I have been using Center Cycle for many of my bike repairs and purchases over 5 + years and I have never had a bad experience. Thank you Dave and staff for being a positive light in the local cycling community.

Purchasing the bike was a normal experience. Nothing extraordinary but also nothing bad. However, I am not happy with the customer service post-purchase. Upon buying the bike, the salesman told me to "come in for a tune up" after I put at least 100 miles on the bike. I assumed that this offer would not expire or have a time period, just one free tune up. I call about 11 months later, hoping if there was a time limit, it would be a year and the salesman told me "we only do that within the first 6 months" or something like that. I didn't have anything in writing to say otherwise, just their word that they would give me a tune up. I asked if there was anything they could do, and he said no. That's really poor customer service. I bought a bike from you, you said you'd give me a tune up after at least 100 miles and then you refused. I recommend buying from a shop that will honor their word, which unfortunately is not this one.

Poor workmanship with new tire's installation and flat repairs, poor customer service with older vintage bicycles; based on 5 recent visits and 12 visits iver 3 years period.
Ask for a receipt and warranty for your work to be done is my suggest, as for me I've had enough of them.
Caveat, new bike service and repairs, warranty service may be good and only vintage older bikes they don't like to work on and it really shows.

In 2023 I bought a Santa Cruz from Center Cycle. On my first ride I went up to the summit at Tiger, and while the bike was leaned against the picnic tables, the dust seal on one of the stanchions popped out explosively. SRAM later determined pressure was leaking from the inner piston due to scratches on the inner piston. Anyway, this was SRAM's problem, not Center Cycle.
My issue with Center Cycle was that I called them on the way home and they said they were backlogged and I'd have to wait a month for them to get to it. This was a new bike I had just paid $5k for. All they had to do was ship the fork to SRAM for warranty service! I took the fork to another local Santa Cruz dealer who sent it to SRAM, and SRAM got the replacement in the mail within 5 days.
If you're considering buying a bike from a LBS looking for good customer care, maybe look around a bit.

Smart purchase! Brand new Specialized 5.0 Como. Red and gorgeous.
Fast and comfortable a pleasure to ride. Center Cycle staff and manager took care of me and give outstanding service. Customer service this good is hard to find.
Service in house near where we live is a must and they have it all!
Don't bother with Rad or another ebike- researched for a month many different brands and this ebike is worth every penny.

Walked in with Carhartts and my work boots and Charles treated me like I was an everyday bicycle rider. Let me ride/ test a few bikes out around the store until I found what I wanted. Him and the other guy (didn’t catch his name) were super helpful and very nice. Will be stopping back by this weekend as there are a few accessories I want to get for my new Specialized Roll 3.0. Thanks guys!!

Purchased a Diverge comp e5. Haven't ridden a bike since the 1980s. They have changed since then. Just wanted to ride a local trail a couple times a week to get outside. Very impressed with the selection at Center cycle. I'm noticing that the price increases associated with improved components are worth it. (Not that I'll be climbing that ladder very high!). Staff at Center cycle is very helpful with getting set up and getting my bike working well for me.
