Cashier was rude, he did not want to be bothered with small talk. I went in for a diet drink and I tried having friendly conversation, it seemed like I was annoying him and just taking up his time. I will never go back and take my business elsewhere.

I don't normally write reviews but this needs to be heard. I've only seen one guy work the front. (White guy with a beard) looks dirty kinda got a big belly. He's always rude rushes me and has the worst attitude. Anytime I ask a question he has to respond with attitude as if I'm bothering him and he is busy. (No one was in the store) You work here stop rushing your paying customers. I only go here because it's the closes store near me but after today I will not be returning. He sold me the wrong tips and then wouldn't let me do an even exchange. Based off the papers I bought those tips were huge. I asked for tips not "wide tips" he's worked here long enough to know and also SAY this is wide tip. I asked if paying with a card will I be charged extra he said yes and proceeded to put his hand out. I didn't even have cash out yet! If you have to go here to pls take your time and don't let him rush you. If you have questions ask but just know he will answer with attitude and make you feel as if he is in a rush (just for him to go sit back down in his chair). Not sure if he is the owner or knows the owner but this isn't how you run a business. Not to mention the place looks run down and dirty. There are so many other tobacco shops that are put together and looks like they actually clean the store with employees who will not treat you this way. I've shopped here a lot. This is not a one time thing. It happens every time I come here. Spend your money somewhere else y'all. It's not worth it.

I really like this place. The only issue is the white man with a beard. He has a HORRIBLE attitude. His customer service is so bad it makes me laugh. I don’t know how the owner is ok with it. Like dude if like is that bad to where you hate your job get another one. Simple.

2 stars just out of convient location for people living in Fairwood. However an Elfbar is $27 here, but Circle Food Stores right down the road only charges $19.99 and they're open 24 hours a day. I stop in sometimes because it's the only place to go in Fairwood. Just too expensive!!

I've been shopping here for many years. All the staff are courteous and helpful. Not sure what the others are complaining about. Maybe it's your own attitude. But you are complaining about vapes, so that tells me all I need to know lol

They sell fake Flum vapes. Heard they sell fake puff bars. I imagine all of their vapes are fake. Don't buy vapes here.

I was a regular here for awhile but will not be returning. Even as a reg, the employee there most often is really rude. Always curt. It's unnecessary, particularly when there are better options nearby. Also--the vapes from this store are CLEARLY KNOCK-OFFS!!! Short batteries, bad flavors, who knows what chemicals are actually in these fakes. I'll be taking my business to the smoke shop in four corners where the product is genuine and employees are polite. So sick of businesses like this.
