Best customer service ever.I walked in there stressed out of my mind with a check from my grandparents, long story short I needed it broken into money orders to make all the crazy stuff I had to do possible and Tai really stepped up to the plate to help me.I was nervous and stressed and he kept the conversation light hearted and fun which eased my worry. He helped me complete everything I needed to have done. Not only did he help me get things squared away on Columbia's end, but he also waited on call for clarification from the other bank I was dealing with and when they didn't call HE CALLED ME to follow up and make sure everything was okay.Stunned, absolutely stunned and happy for such wonderful service, Tai thank you thank you thank you.

Worst customer service ever! Been trying to close out account since March 12th and manager Pablo is making excuses and refusing to fax info to another branch to close out account! Dont recommended Columbia bank at all!

Absolutely rotten customer service. Specifically at this branch. I asked to have a $5 fee dropped and they ran me through the ringer and refused to do it. One of my biggest regrets was opening an account with these guys at this branch. Great bank, horrible branch. No customer service whatsoever. The first time I called I was told no one was available to help me so they took my information, never got a call back so had to call back myself. I'd bank somewhere else before I come here to open an account.

Are you kidding me...??I call this branch at 9:08 a.m. and it rolls me directly over to some smooth jazz on hold music. It doesn't ring, no body answers, no answering mechanism to let me know I've even reached Columbia Bank, just smooth jazz. So now I've been on eternal smooth jazz hold for over 10 mins., with to confirmation that I've even reached my bank! Unbelievable!!!

Why does it take 10 minutes before you are acknowledge at the drive thru then another 8 to process the deposit. Does anyone know the meaning of customer service?

Outstanding experience with associate Nick. I have experienced his service several times and he completely goes above and beyond for me every single time. I was going to switch to BECU because I was not happy with this bank overall but he has convinced me to stay just by actually caring about the customers. Nobody really cares much anymore about good customer service - I do though.

Selam, Greg and Natasha are absolutely amazing. Even though Natasha is only a teller, she always tries to go above and beyond to make customers happy. Greg & Selam are probably the best two managers I have ever encountered at a bank, and I've used almost every bank out there. If I were to ever open up a bank, I would steal these 3 employees from you because they are what make coming to Columbia bank a great experience. While I've had limited encounters with Mina & Antoine, they always have a positive mindset and do what they can to help any customers in the bank. Greg, Selam & Natasha truly are an asset to the Columbia Bank team and they are what make the Columbia Bank brand shine!
