On March 13, I called and spoke to a manager at the Federal Way location about their return policy for specific items that I had. I explain to her I was not able to find my receipt but wanted to know the return or exchange policy and told her what the items were. She told me there are no restrictions and she recommended that I call customer relations to walk me through how to get my receipt online through my online account. I called customer relations and they told me the same thing as far as the return policy after I told them as well what the items were. They also walked me through how to retrieve my receipt from my account. I told both individuals that I spoke to that nothing had been opened or used. My customer changed their mind. Same day around 4:30 PM, I went to the Tukwila location where I bought the items to make the return and/or exchange. The gentleman In the picture is who I dealt with. He told me I was not able to return it. I explained I called customer relations and a manager in Federal Way and they both told me I was able to make the return. I showed him the online receipt that did not outline any restrictions and that I was told no restrictions. I told the gentleman that I will call customer relations and put them on speaker for him to hear. He said if they say to return it then he will return it. I even told him if customer relations changes their mind and says something different, I won’t return the item. But I drove all the way from my home on Alki Beach based on what I was told. Customer relation’s feedback was consistent with what I was told by two different people. I called customer relations while in the store and spoke to a representative (see the attached with her name). I had her on speaker. She too saw that I called and said I can return the items. I explain to her what the gentleman was telling me even after I showed him my online receipt. She said more than once while on speaker that I could return the items. During my conversation with her, he kept interrupting me while I was talking to the customer relations rep and I had to ask him several times to please not interrupt my conversation. He continued and after awhile, I told him I felt that he was badgering me and harassing me. He thought it was all a joke; he thought it was funny; and kept taunting me Interrupting my call ignoring my several requests not to; and, laughing. He continued with his behavior and I started to feel very harassed so I called a good friend to conference her in on the call with customer relations. He then called the acting Manager Sydney and started playing the victim. He then started acting like he was afraid for his life; I was scaring him; and said he was calling the police on me. Again, I’m on the phone with customer relations this entire time speaking with her.
This store is the absolute worst location that I have visited in the past 11+ years!!!

I stopped going here because of the extremely rude treatment by the manager. Not only was she rude and angry being asked simple product questions but I observed her yelling at another customer over a return. Have been back twice since and it was exactly the same, so I avoid this place at all cost. The people I saw her yelling at were people of color, so draw your own conclusion.
