I had been looking for quite a while for a new apartment and, unfortunately, it's been a VERY tedious process. Fortunately, I was put in touch with an employee named Kat Acosta who has literally been a game changer as far as helping me with this process and alleviating my stress and anxiety. People should take note of such award-winning attention to detail, prompt and clear communication and impeccable customer service that Kat has graciously and professionally provided me. This outstanding treatment has been beyond appreciated and I am more than happy to leave this review because it's sadly rare to find such exemplary conduct these days.

We all love the place... So much that was signed for the second year lease... The maintenance here is outstanding... My wife and mother-in-law love the location. Personally I couldn't be happier. I don't have a dog but I love dogs... I've seen some of the most beautiful dogs here... If you like dogs I highly recommend the place. 🐶

Average quality apartments. Very little parking outside your single assigned space. People regularly block the tiny access roads. Mostly old appliances. Weed smoke comes through the walls.
Maintenance keeps things in good condition around the property and promptly attends maintenance requests. The gym is decent and the pool is nice. Has a nice little playground for young kids.

Big problems with parking spaces, the office doesn't help in any way, but only writes out fines and sticks stickers, I've been waiting for my parking space for more than 9 months and they say they can't help me in any way.

I just moved in a week ago. I regret it so much. I thought this apartment was safe. I guess it’s not. Yesterday I got home at 11 pm; my tires/rims were all fine. The next morning at 6 am, I started my car, and I noticed my car doesn’t let me go. So I got out and looked at all my tires. One tire/rim on the back of the driver's side was missing.

Our bathroom toilet problem was repaired in a timely manner and was repaired to our satisfaction.

Marshall Lewis was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I moved up here from SoCal and had gone on a home finding trip before moving to Seattle. As soon as we visited one of the properties, we quickly realized we had found our temporary home and Marshall played a big role in that. He made himself available and helped assure me that the process was going well even after all the time it took for my wife’s background to fully process. I can’t thank Marshall enough for all of his help and I am completely satisfied with my experience!

THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF MY NOISEY NEIGHBORS! They are quiet enough of the time that I don't need to keep hounding you. I wasn't getting any sleep! And I just wanted to be left alone. My dogs were constantly barking every time they heard a LOUD slam or a bang not knowing where it was coming from they were terrified! It was also waking my son up in the early morning when he had to go to school. SO AGAIN THANK YOU!UPDATE- HOWEVER... There is no courtesy patrol. I have lived in 3 different complexes with actual courtesy patrol, and they def don't have that. They have an office, not sure what they are doing with it because there's NEVER anyone there. Matter fact you guys sent an email stating there would be no one in the office for the time being. And that was 2-3 years ago.The Maintenance guys are AWESOME! They work their butts off but I have NOTHING but good things to say about them. They are always friendly. And when I couldn't get my mailbox to open because it was stuck frozen, the maintenance man actually got it open and brought me mail to my door!There's never any porch pirates here at least in my section. Everything stays where the delivery driver leaves it!! And when they deliver it to the wrong address we play mail man ourselves. It really nice to order things that are actually sitting there waiting when you get home!So my reviews are MIXED. I've had some complications with this place but once one thing goes wrong. I see 10 other things that need to be fixed.

Lived here for about 7 months now, it’s nice and quiet. Maintenance guy Alex does an excellent job repairing what needs to get done and in a timely manner. Always impressed at how quick they come and get job done.

I lived here for 6 years and all I have to say is the staff was amazing. The maintenance workers were knowledgeable, personable, and took care of work orders quickly and thoroughly.The women working the resident relations team were incredible. I always received quick responses and they were cheerful and friendly. Julie did an amazing job helping me with my move out and was just a delightful, kind person to work with.
