November 2023 by YeahRight !!
THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF MY NOISEY NEIGHBORS! They are quiet enough of the time that I don't need to keep hounding you. I wasn't getting any sleep! And I just wanted to be left alone. My dogs were constantly barking every time they heard a LOUD slam or a bang not knowing where it was coming from they were terrified! It was also waking my son up in the early morning when he had to go to school. SO AGAIN THANK YOU!UPDATE- HOWEVER... There is no courtesy patrol. I have lived in 3 different complexes with actual courtesy patrol, and they def don't have that. They have an office, not sure what they are doing with it because there's NEVER anyone there. Matter fact you guys sent an email stating there would be no one in the office for the time being. And that was 2-3 years ago.The Maintenance guys are AWESOME! They work their butts off but I have NOTHING but good things to say about them. They are always friendly. And when I couldn't get my mailbox to open because it was stuck frozen, the maintenance man actually got it open and brought me mail to my door! There's never any porch pirates here at least in my section. Everything stays where the delivery driver leaves it!! And when they deliver it to the wrong address we play mail man ourselves. It really nice to order things that are actually sitting there waiting when you get home!So my reviews are MIXED. I've had some complications with this place but once one thing goes wrong. I see 10 other things that need to be fixed.

Lived here for about 7 months now, it’s nice and quiet. Maintenance guy Alex does an excellent job repairing what needs to get done and in a timely manner. Always impressed at how quick they come and get job done.

I lived here for 6 years and all I have to say is the staff was amazing. The maintenance workers were knowledgeable, personable, and took care of work orders quickly and thoroughly. The women working the resident relations team were incredible. I always received quick responses and they were cheerful and friendly. Julie did an amazing job helping me with my move out and was just a delightful, kind person to work with.

Solid complex, management takes care of issues swiftly and the ladies in the office are accommodating (Julie is a rockstar). Maintenance was always handled in a timely manner. Overall, you get what you pay for here. Worth it to me.

This place is not worth your money. I rented a 3 bed townhouse which cost me an $3200+ Ants everywhere and the complex said they cannot do anything to get rid of them after multiple service requests for the pest issue. Carpet was old when we moved in and by the time that we were moving out it was falling apart and separating at all the seams. In 2 and 1/2 years I stayed here is what I have noticed:1. They will not take care of units ant problem. The whole time we were there we had to put all the food in the refrigerator. A tiny refrigerator that is not big enough to store food for a family of 4. The refrigerator (not freezer) would freeze our eggs and veggies. When we called in for service, we were told it was normal and nothing was done. "No cookies or chips" on dining table as that will be an invitation for the ants to think of them as your family members because, maintenance guy was never able to figure it out.2. Water pressure is crappy at best. When u are on second floor it is like almost u are standing under the natural rain drop there is no pressure and takes good 5 mins to get hot water going.3.don't have a pets. they charge pet rent but often times poop bags are gone, yet there is dog poop not picked up and everywhere. The garbage can near the poop bags is always full to the rim I disgusting to lift up the lid. No one wants to touch overflowing dog poop.4. People party a lot and u will often see cops in the middle of the night along with ambulance (on a weekday. It's worse in the weekend). No one does anything about it and I am not sure what's going on but that can't be a good sign.5. Lock your doors at night, cars included.6. The office refused to tow vehicles parked in your spot, in my case, the stranger's vehicle was parked in front of my garage and and blocked my car. I had to wait an hour for the office to contact the owner and have the car moved which made me late for work.If you are okay with all and able to pay more than average for this area, by all means go for it.PS: there was much more issues and I can elaborate via comments if you have questions.

I went on a tour for Unit C424 everything was going good until around 5:40 pm the person texting me never responded to my questions, the office says they close at 6 but it was locked already, then I came home excited to apply for the unit since I liked it but then I couldn’t even put the application & now the unit is gone , which is disappointing .

We don't live here. This review is based off of what we experienced with just their office via text or paper. They apparently don't do anything face to face.We had swung by a couple of days ago to hopefully do a tour of some units, but the office was locked. So, we made an appointment on their website for the next day. When we got there we were sent a text message with information on what to do and what units to look at. Their office was still closed. In the first unit there was another person in there already, just hanging out. The next one we looked at was not even cleaned all the way. Mold on the windows and the toilet was dirty and taken apart. If you are showing this unit to possible future residents, why would you keep it like that? At least clean it up so it looks decent. We then wanted to see if we could look at another 2bd they had available, so we sent a text and no one replied. By the time we got to our car, there was a piece of paper left on the window. Not sure what it meant. Did they think we were guests of someone who lived there? But no one else parked in the future resident stalls had this on their car. Our car was the only one. Someone had the time to do this, but couldn't respond to the text.I was hopeful of this place because they had some good reviews and the nice property, but we would not rent from this place because of what we experienced. I can't even imagine trying to deal with them if we lived there.

Julie and Roger of Forestview apartments are pleasant, helpful and prompt whenever I had a need. I'm glad to have met these two pleasant people.

Alright so I have a little bit of a list. Let's start with community service, they are great! So nice and approachable from my experience so far! The layout of the apartment and the complex is great and you can get around the entire complex in minutes. BUT the walls are thin like VERY thin. I get woken up to a baby crying and screaming every morning, I might as well have one myself. I can hear my neighbors walking, showering and most things. Lastly, when I toured the location I waited an hour to finally be let into the apartment room to tour it because the leasing office isn't open so they had to relay on a maintenance request to get the building unlocked. So I would say the place would be close to a 5 if the walls weren't so thin but it is a HUGE bummer because it's very disruptive. The should also put in a dog park and it would be a cherry on top for the neighborhood!

SUPER NOISY! All day I hear slamming doors!! 1dog barking from 7 am until 8 at night. Ridiculous! They asked me to go and check where the barking is coming from. ?REALLY? ISNT THAT YOUR JOB??? Management told me that between the hours of 8-10 there's nothing that they can do. I cannot do my work at home anymore. The apartments are nice though which kept me living here for this long. I've lived here for a couple of years and it still has not gotten better. Definetely not worth $2300.00 a month. I will be moving out at the end of my lease

BAD NEIGHBORS, NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT LIVE HERE. The property is haunted, be careful if you decide to be apart of this whole in the wall type of apartment community. Management will give notices with no backing, graffiti everywhere, office still closed, don't answer when postal service comes to deliver packages even though their in office NOT WORKING. change in staff like changing underwear. Beware of this place!

Our family (husband, wife, toddler) relocated to another state last month (June 2021). Prior to this we lived at Forestview for the past four years. This place has provided one of the best apartment LIVING experiences we have had thus far. However, it has been by far the worst MOVE OUT experience. We were charged almost $400 as a move out bill for carpet cleaning, apartment cleaning, wall repair, and blinds replacement. Although we cleaned the apartment (as we have always done in other apartments) it was not sufficient for Forestview. They sent pictures of areas with things such as a few breadcrumbs left in the bottom drawer of the oven, a little lint on the dryer door, and water stains on the bathroom faucets, etc., saying these required them to pay for “professional cleaning” services. In the end, they refused to recall or reduce the move out bill they charged us. I attached a few of the pictures they sent us from their inspection after we had moved out. This has never happened to us before.Although one may likely enjoy living there, my advice to anyone considering Forestview is to be prepared to pay hundreds of dollars when moving out. The only way to avoid a move out bill is to hire professional cleaners because no DIY cleaning will satisfy Forestview. A friend who used to live there and moved out a while before me said she had a similar experience and left Forestview very upset because of the surprise (over $1000) move out bill. Practically, it appears that one may need to pay for 1-2 days at a hotel or live elsewhere ahead of the move out day, and have one’s professional cleaners clean the apartment during that time prior to Forestview’s inspection.I had hoped to leave a 5-star review for Forestview, but this unfair move out experience has left our family with significant unexpected disappointment and expense with this place that we once proudly called home.Renter take heed!

Do not recommend. Save your money & get a mortgage… it’s the same price as rent here for one of their units. The parking is ridiculous as there are never any spaces available. Don’t waste your time like I did
