Take your business somewhere else. Horrible case management systems. Don't know how to schedule prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy, you could ever go too.
How they managed to hire such incompetent unprofessional personnel is beyond my understanding.
Stay away

Pharmacist Jennifer has helped me keep my cancer therapy manageable and effective. I owe her and all the staff my continuing happy life. I sure would like it if the Target would give the pharmacy more space and the pharmacy staff more respect.

The person who assisted me was rude. I accidentally accepted on the point of sale pad when asked if I wanted to receive marketing texts from CVS. I complained about it being tucked into the card pay point of sale procedure. I asked if they could remove me from the text message list. They said no and that I was at fault because I pressed the icon. I told them it was poor customer service to blame me for the way CVS tries to trick customers into accepting marketing emails. They doubled down on blaming me a 2nd time. I couldn't believe it and left feeling totally unheard. They could have just listened and acknowledged my complaint and pointed me to who to speak to at headquarters, but they chose to be rude and argumentative. Terrible customer service. By the way, I had been in pain for 3 days prior and had just come from a doctor appointment, so I was feeling awful.

I have been going to CVS for my medications for almost 7 years. The staff is friendly and will help find a solution to make sure you can get all the meds you need. They are my friends now and that is something special to me. Thank you, Jennifer and everyone at CVS, Renton, WA.

Getting a lot better! The busiest pharmacy by far but the ladies are quick and helpful when one has questions.

Staff too lazy to call the pharmacy and have my meds transferred to them (apparently the pharmacy you're transferring to has to call the one you're transferring from-stupid but anyway). Told me to call my Dr and have them send a whole new rx when I have 8 refills on this one. They're not going to want to do that. Bunch of hoops and delays for no reason. I work in medical, you don't just give out new prescriptions when there is one already standing with multiple refills. The insurance company wouldn't pay for a duplicate rx. The Dr office would have to cancel the one that's already been filled that has refills and then send a new one. That's a hassle for everyone involved except this lazy pharmacy staff. I call a different pharmacy, picking up in an hour no problem.

Rude employees wouldn't help me because they were closing. Um you're still open so you can help ppl still waiting in line. Definitely won't be returning to this location.

This pharmacy has gone completely downhill. Pre-covid they had a pretty good team there, now everyone is clueless and rude. Recently switched insurance to Medicare, they cannot get it right in their system. Constantly want to greatly overcharge while trying to convince me it's "not too much," as if they are used car salesmen. Today had $100 rx, they tried to charge $69 (it's not too much), final price was $6.
