2nd time actually dropping items off. 1st time was a new heart meditation, took 3 days to fill. Ethere were 10 employees in the pharmacy at drop off and pick up, i chalked it up to a new store. Today was an extremely rude employee when dropping off meditation after hospital visit. When went to pick up another employee was stating I was not in system and I never dropped anything off with them and must be confused. After telling him to review cameras and get a manager he just happened to find my meditation. I will be changing stores sadly as this one was convenient

They make it so hard to refill a prescription with automated system. No way to speak to staff and no return calls.

For all the people mad about the phone. Get with the times! CVS and many other pharmacies offer comprehensive prescription management on their website. You can transfer scripts between pharmacies, and do a million other things. The technophobia needs to stop. Just use a computer or smart phone already, they've been around for like 40 years now. Gone are the days that you can just toss your ID on the counter and be waited on hand and foot while the employees do everything for you, sheesh!

My prescriptions were transitioned without issue from Bartells, and my pickup cadence has remained the same.
Whenever I’ve asked for help, the staff has been friendly and quick to help. No issues since the transition and it’s nice to see stocked shelves.

Pharmacy manager Robert exhibited a lack of helpfulness and disinterest in customer service. Upon arriving to collect my prescription, which I had been informed was ready for pickup, I was informed that it was not prepared. When I inquired if it could be filled since they possessed the prescription, he advised me to return the following day. I am quite disappointed with the manner in which our local business treats its customers and will take my business elsewhere.

This place is a joke. And a zero star store. Don't use this store. You will walk away as I did a feel disappointed. As Bartells I have received my meds prescription since 1993. When it passed on to CVS it has gone down hill. As a senior citizen needing help with prescriptions they offer little, to no help filling orders. So if you fall into this bracket run as fast as you can to another store. They are considered a standard fill store and NOT a preferred fill place of business. So it costs you extra money which they don't tell you when Bartells got bought out.

The transition to CVS has not gone smoothly. I used to be able to call ahead and talk to an employee when this was a Bartells. Now there is only an automated message. I tried to call ahead to make sure that my prescription sent in several hours earlier was ready for pick-up. Without any confirmation I was forced to just go and see. I waited in line to finally be told that they didn’t even have it in stock. They are understaffed so were unable to even take a minute to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. They told me that I’d have to just find another CVS and it would be in their system too. Of course I wouldn’t be able to call ahead there either due to the automated message system. I had to go there and transfer it in person, then wait what they said would be 30 minutes for them to fill it, but has now turned into 1.5 hours with ten people ahead of me in the pickup line. This had solidly ruined my evening :( I finally got my prescription after a 2.5 hour ordeal only to be charged full price because my insurance hadn’t been transferred over as part of the Bartell’s to CVS transition. I’m currently waiting again as they re-bill the transaction with my insurance info.

After the recent chaotic changeover from bartell, I am pleased to see so many familiar employee faces at the pharmacy and at front-of-store. I cant say the new pharmacy situation is perfect, but i do feel the staff are doing their best. Pharmacy techs Sandy and Gio are so kind and patient with everyone. Keep up the hard work!

The pharmacy is an absolute joke. Would give it zero if I could. Been trying to get prescriptions filled and transferred elsewhere for 3 weeks now.

Hey, so I know it's annoying to have everything swapped to a new system and lots is falling through the cracks but PLEASE BE MAD AT CVS, NOT THE STAFF. CVS is a massive company that has the funds to make sure a transition goes smoothly and they didn't do that. Instead, their workers are having to apologize a million times a day.
If I hear you up there taking your anger out on them I WILL call you out on it. Don't make me publicly shame you. It's tiring for us both. Suck it up and tell CVS how you feel rather than being a childish brat to someone just trying to get through their shift.

Truly worthy of the “if I could give zero stars, I would” line. How does CVS, a global conglomerate, not have the proper permits to fill prescription medication?!? I was told for 2/5 of my prescriptions that they don’t have the permit yet (don’t worry, a cool few weeks to a month it should be fixed) and that I need to contact my provider to have them switched to a different pharmacy until they get their permit. All this was after MANY failed phone attempts, as another said it was robo garbage that doesn’t even give you the option to talk to anyone… leave a message and they MIGHT call you back. Seems like it’s going to be as poorly managed as Bartell’s was.
