My husband and I had a really lovely experience shopping here last week. Thanks to the help of everyone working that day, my husband was able to get a really nice pair of working boots for the first time in years. They also told us where to find waterproof shoelaces, as they didn’t carry them at Danner.I’m going to try to come back sometime when my husband is ready to upgrade his socks, and maybe once I’m ready for a new pair of shoes too.

Good dang boots. PNW staple. Some are even assembled out of OR. Even had wides for my duck-like feet.

Bad customer service by manager and supervisor in less then a year my bf bought some work boots in witch he was told that they had a warranty if anything happened to them we came in today and said all the things it dosnt cover they just lie to you to get a sale out of it. Avoid getting your work boots here the material is horrible dosnt last long and expensive for 300 dollers not to be covered go to red wings they do know not only how to make good quality but also give exellent customer service.

I DEFINITELY hurt the guys feelings when I told him I didn’t need help. He was being snotty and the shoes were terrible fitting. There were four employees standing around doing nothing but talking though! ??

Great boot store, the selection is really good, I'd say they carry most of the models from their website, so not to worry on not finding something, the quality of the boots are quite, good, most boots are USA made, a Portland company, quite a few Gore Tex models, staff are very knowledgeable on the products and appear to use them, themselves

No one else carried my size anymore I have nine and a half wide and they just so happen to have tactical boots that fit my feet like a glove

These awesome folks really know their shoes! Jason R. And Nolan S. were both super helpful, friendly, and professional. They helped me find the perfect hiking shoes for taking my students on their annual camping/hiking field trip. They even helped me find a second comfy pair for school so my tired teacher feet won't be so tired chasing kids around the school's easier trails. This was my second time buying Danners at this store, and I've only had positive experiences, but this was the best so far!

I haven’t been in the store yet this year however I will be going this weekend as I need new boots for work. They aren’t the closest location to me but the selection is way better than the downtown Seattle location due entirely to store size. Downtown is great and I always go there if I need to order boots that I don’t need a day from now. The staff are very helpful and don’t hassle you by asking if you need help every second, and will gladly take the time to help you find what you need.

Came in to try the Bull Run Chelsea on feet on Saturday. Wasn’t planning on buying anything but after my experience there, I just ordered a pair online. Great customer service! The guy that helped me really knew his stuff. Wished I remembered his name. I’ll be coming back to buy apparel as well.

I've bought boots from Danner for the better part of 10 years now ... and I buy work and motorcycling gear. Last week I went to get my usual size 9 riding boot and a week later they special-ordered/sold me a floor model and tried to pass it for a new pair ... disgusting ... I returned it when the so-called "visiting regional manager" asked me if he could "wipe it down" to make it look new ... and I said No?? ... So they tried to reorder and found out there is no supply till April ...So buyer beware, if it's not in stock you're better off waiting until it arrives ... we'll see when that time comes and they can't blame the supply chain or production manpower .. then my ratings will be reviewed.

Great options for your outdoor type of person, shoes are great quality and last a long time. The store is spacious and offers some outdoor clothing as well. The staff here were quick to offer any assistance needed and it's in a great location at The Landing.
