Dollar Tree in Renton, WA, is a popular destination for affordable shopping, offering a wide range of items from craft and party supplies to household essentials, health and beauty products, and seasonal décor. Customers appreciate the store's value and convenience, making it a go-to for budget-friendly finds. However, experiences can vary significantly. While some shoppers praise the friendly and efficient service from staff members like a cashier named Alex, others report frustrating interactions with certain employees, describing instances of unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. Additionally, there are concerns about long wait times at checkout and a lack of basic inventory. Despite these mixed reviews, many still prefer this Dollar Tree over others in the area due to its prices and selection, although the presence of homeless individuals nearby has been noted as a downside. Overall, Dollar Tree aims to provide savings and convenience, but there is room for improvement in customer service and store management.
Bad area good business. They have a 3 4 and 5 dollar section for frozen items that are normally 10+ at any other grocery store. Pretty convenient

My experience today was very disappointing. We had been waiting for a while to pay because there seemed to be something going on with a customers card. Another cashier opens up and starts taking the new customers who weren’t even in line yet instead of taking those of us who had been waiting for a while.

There is a particularly kind, efficient and knowledgeable cashier named Alex who deserves recognition! Great customer service and company representative.!
