I have called multiple times, I have left multiple voicemails and email messages regarding a prescription that was written over 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back or received any correspondence from them. I’m concerned and now worried if there will be a reflection in the quality of my medication, *if I get my medication at all. I wish this wasn’t the case!

I have had a few issues and they were quick to get back to me. You also need to make sure that if you are buying more that 28 days, ask them to put them in smaller vials. They are super receptive. I spoke with a pharmacist and this was his advice. I wish this was looked at better for the patient. The 1st package I received it was wrapped in 2 ice packs all the others have been that close to meds. I asked when they pack my meds please put a rubberband to hold the medicine on the ice. I have given alot of recommendations for this lab. They have the best prices.

They don’t answer their phones, I’ve had such a hard time getting ahold of them since I’ve gotten my prescriptions sent to them and I never get calls back from them when I leave a message. I’ve called 10 times throughout the day over the last couple of days to try and get ahold of someone because I believe I recently received half the medication amount that I paid for and I am trying to get it worked out. Maybe it is just a phone issue, their customer service besides that is fantastic! They are super nice and helpful over the phone which is hard to find with businesses nowadays. And they ship super fast! It’s just getting ahold of them that seems to be the issue for me:(

Can’t get a return call from anyone.
I left multiple messages with the answering service over several days and no call back. I am trying to schedule delivery but there’s nobody to speak to. This has progressively gotten worse over the past 2-3 months. Initially it would take a couple calls but NOW it’s been many calls and I’m still waiting.
I’m wondering if they are still in business????
I have not had a problem with the medication itself but if I can’t get a call back.
I am a RN and I talk to a lot of Pharmacists, I’ve never had issues like this before.

I reached out to DynamicRx Labs initially for pricing and they were quick to respond. That is the only good thing I can say. They had an Rx on file for me for over a week they never filled. I attempted to follow up multiple times by phone and text. I had a subsequent Rx on file for the following month and they were NOT able to understand that the lower dosage should get filled first, then the following month the higher dosage should be filled. False, completely inaccurate information was relayed to my provider without ever reaching out for further clarification. It would have taken a 2 minute phone call to resolve.

Poor customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Product doesn’t arrive on time And then they make excuses about it’s delay. Poor packaging. The gel packs used for cooling were the temperature outside. The product could no longer be used because it was not stored and shipped properly. My weekly shot was now disrupted by four days due to their mistake. I was hung up on twice. After calling back and asking to speak to a manager, I literally was on hold 15 minutes before they came back to see who I was holding for and then stuck me on hold for another 10 minutes before a manager got on the phone. It only got worse from there. The manager was just as bad as her employees that take the phone calls.
Your girls must be working as a team because I do not use foul language. That goes against my religion. Your girls were rude. On a different phone call, I spoke with a gentleman and he was very kind and we had a pleasant conversation.
You folks did not cancel my service with you. I told you that I was not going to do business with you anymore because of the way your company is run.
Your employees never said one thing to me about not filling my prescriptions.
I’m noticing you have other bad reviews which the problem seems to be the same as the problems I had with your Company. You might want to look into some of the problems that exist.

Setting up the payment and delivery was easy and pleasant, but when I found out that the delivery had to be kept cold I was stumped. My apt is around the back of the building and the delivery driver has no way to let me know its been delivered. I called to see if there was a solution, but got someone who was put out about being asked for her advice and said if she had to call Fed Ex for me, it would have to be on her own time. I did not ask for this...just wanted to see if they had other situations like mine and what could be done to ensure the package did not sit out in the heat. I hung up feeling like I had stepped on her toes just for calling. It was obvious that she was taking the call from home and it was an inconvenience. Three stars for the set up, no stars for the phone call.

So far I have had a great experience with this semiglutide and this company’s customer service. I’m happy to do business with them! They are reliable, trustworthy and easy to communicate with.

Buyer beware, they lied about their prices. They quoted me $314.98 for a 1 month supply of tirzepatide and $564.98 for a 2 month supply, I ordered the 2 month supply. I received 1 month supply but paid $564.98. I called to find out if they would be sending me another month supply. They said no, that I had only ordered a 1 month supply for $564.98. I told them what I was originally quoted and they said “sorry.”Why would I pay more for a 1 month supply of a compound drug when you can go to the Zepbound website and get a year coupons for $550 a month? Terrible customer service. They offered no resolution for their mistake.
