Very attentive. Vets r not trying to be in and out in 2 sec. They try to spend time with you and your fur babies.

I've taken my cats to several vet clinics in the area and none have been as kind and attentive as the folks at this practice. Everyone here, from the front desk to the technicians and all of the vets have all shown a lot of care for my boys and have an excellent understanding of animals and their pet parents. We've received follow up emails or calls after treatment and good, practical suggestions for at home aftercare. They've given us the precious gift of extra time with our sweet senior boy and I'm forever grateful for that!

We have been bringing my two cats to Eastside - Newcastle location since relocating here from Seattle several years ago. The team is mostly all kind, helpful, & efficient. We've had the privilege of working with Dr. Cook & Dr. Coil - both are patient, take their time to get to know us, & are collaborative as well as client centered in how to best accommodate my two kitties & our needs. They really are a one stop shop (veterinary needs, emergent care, boarding options, & resources for medications or supplementary care). They are transparent in care & provide options in treatment as well as potential costs. Even through COVID, the curbside wait and option to stay or attend your pets visit is well executed. Highly recommend if you want comprehensive care for your pets! ?

Eastside was our vet after moving to the area. Their process is great, you stay in the car until it’s your turn. The waiting room and patient rooms are also tidy and no smells. They always give you an estimate of services before performing them to avoid surprises.Overall the staff is professional, attentive, and friendly. We especially love Dr. Cook, she is always responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and caring. She always takes time to explain and cares so much about our pawghter. Dr.Cook always responds in a timely manner. The hospital manager Melody is also kind and understanding and we just enjoyed and so appreciate what they’ve done for us so far. Vets are the most important essential workers but often forgotten. Thank you team Eastside Vets!

I have three cats, and cannot say enough about the amazing care they receive from Eastside Veterinary Clinic in Kirkland. Dr. Hung is unbelievably kind and responsive, finding time to answer all my questions without ever seeming to be rushed (though I know she is busy!). The service has been and continues to be incredible--when we need to refill Tony's medicine, they do it the same day. When I call, they are immediately responsive and always kind and helpful. I've had cats my entire life and have never found a place I feel safer about taking them for care. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We boarded our 21-year old cat here several times over a 2 year period. The boarding experience and veterinary care was outstanding. The staff was kind, compassionate and professional. The on-line intake form is also super easy to use and update.

We love it here! Having moved to the area in the last couple of years it took us awhile to figure out where to send our dog for care as he has many ailments and visits. We tried a couple other in the area that were fine but we really just wanted a place that wasn’t chaotic, easy, with great vets we can trust. This place is exactly that! Their facilities are new and well kept, making appointments and requesting documents is easy. I’ve read reviews that it’s pricey but I don’t notice a big difference from other vets in the area. Quality care is worth the price imo. Recommend to all!

If money is no object it seems to be a fine place. They wanted $700 to spay the cat. The kitten shots were also on the high side

My corgis go to both Renton/Newcastle and Kirkland locations, and both hospitals are consistently wonderful when we visit. Dr. Coil, Dr. Allodi and their team are incredibly compassionate, they take time to address my specific dog's needs, and they treat my dogs as if they were their own. It is amazing how many tests and treatments they provide--my corgis will always get the best care possible at Eastside Vet. Additionally, they recommend Trupanion Pet Insurance, which is a product that ensures I can take care of my babies should something unexpected happen. They are going above and beyond to make sure your pets can stay healthy, not only when they see you for wellness, but for emergency appointments and unexpected health concerns. Another reason why I choose to go to this clinic is because they can process Trupanion claims too! They process the claim for me (saves me time) and, usually within seconds, they tell me what Trupanion will cover. Imagine how nice it is paying a fraction of your vet bill?! I appreciate everything this clinic does to help me budget and care for my corgis. Cannot recommend them enough

Would strongly not recommend this clinic if you value data privacy. My wife took our new pup for an exam. She had a question about pet insurance and the vet recommended trupanion. Your receipt will have a bunch of stuff trying to sell you on the insurance and you'll also get an email from them. BE WARY if you click on the email they send you, it will automatically sign you and your pet up with no input from you. This means that Eastside Veterinary Associates has given them information about you and your pet: name, address, etc. with no authorization and unbeknownst to us. You can google horror stories of what you believe to be confidential conversations you had with your vet ending up as a preexisting condition on the insurance and will not be covered by ANY insurance (most pet insurance do not cover preexisting conditions) in the pet's lifetime. Borderline predatory behavior. Needless to say will not be returning and would strongly urge staying away.

Like real estate agents, cars salespeople, and MLM entrepreneurs, veterinarians are the latest rent-seeking scum. They doesn't deserve your money any more. Veterinarians don't actually care about the health of your pet. If they did, they wouldn't charge you to make an appointment. They wouldn't recommend tests that don't reveal any useful information. They wouldn't require expensive examinations to give vaccines. They wouldn't guilt-trip you for not spending multiple-thousands of dollars on your aging pet. No no no. The goal is always to make as much money as possible; make the customer feel as guilty as possible; guilt means money. I wouldn't recommend any scam --- sorry I meant to write " vet " -- in the region. Unless you don't like keeping your mort.
