Excellent service! These guys are amazing at their jobs! Low staffed and they still got my car done before the time they gave me! Never had any problems! Never had to take it back! Matt G. And Lincoln L. Give those guys raises! They're awesome!

Came in on a Sunday (11/19) around 12noon to have two tires mounted on two wheels. I only needed two due to a recent car alignment. Both wheels and new tires were off the vehicle and sitting in the bed of my truck. There was not a single customer in the store and every garage door bay was closed. Two service agents in the front of the store. I ask the younger worker to have the two tires mounted and immediately the older guy looks up from his teriyaki lunch and says, 'Sorry, no walk-ins. We only have 1 technician on staff.'Seriously?! There was not a single customer or car being serviced, considering the place was empty and every garage bay was closed. They would not even need to lift the car to put these tires on.I suspect they turned me away because they would rather sell me 4 new tires. There is no upselling me from installing 2 tires on wheels that are not even on the car. Heaven forbid I interrupt the old guy from his lunch for a customer paying for service.I drove to another shop 10 minutes away and they were happy to take the job.Support local. Stay away from this Firestone.

I'm shocked...took my car I. To get an oil change and a light changed. They didn't have time to do my light, which is fine...but they called during my service about the check engine light. They told me they couldn't fix the issue today but could do a diagnostic, which I agreed. When I picked up my car, Dustin checked me out. Told me nothing came up for a code, and my code should go away once I start driving again. . 2 weeks later code is still there and I called the team to discuss and let them know since I brought it in, my remote start stopped working. The agent Anthony just started speaking over me that there was a code, and an issue with my car, and they never ran diagnostics they just pulled the codes. I kept telling him what I was told and he just kept telling me that's not what the notes said. I finally asked to speak to someone else since he was being incredibly rude and not hearing me. He said "sure he is here at 10 want to hold?!" (That was 2 hours away) Never have dealt with a worse customer service and my car is still having issues.

I have used other Firestones in the past, this one is the worst avoid it at all costs. Oil change and tire rotation with an appointment was supposed to take 2hrs took about three times that. Apparently my 35k car needed 3 new tires, an alignment and a brake job. One of the tires had 2 nails in it, other two had uneven wear cause of the alignment, oh gosh. Told them I wasn't doing that but they could give me an estimate, they did not give me that. I did however take it later to another tire shop that I trust, cause the tires have little wear that I could tell, they didn't find any nails, tires are fine in terms of wear, don't need an alignment, and the brakes could use new pads soon but everything else is fine. If someone from Firestone corporate reads this you should fire everyone working here, cause they are not helping your brand, they are the worst type of mechanics you can find. Not a good look.

Terrible Place to get your car service Customer Service wise. Went into get my car Aligned which they did, however the steering wheel was not straight after the alignment. It was still tilted towards the left.Went back because of their one year warranty (Although it shouldn’t be counted because it was there mistake for not checking) and Lincoln assured me they would get it done. Dropped it off at 1 and went back around 5:45-6:00pm. I was told that I was the next car in line but they couldn’t get to it. Because of some other bigger jobs. I’m guessing they would rather work on the larger jobs and take in more cash than do a warranty service. Also no point in making an appointment here because all they will tell you is you’ll need to drop it off. Pretty laughable. It would be my third time coming in for one car if I decided to come back but I’d rather not waste my time.All in all, 3/5 stars for staff. Alignment was spot on, but mishap with steering wheel. 0/5 for Lincoln for wasting my time and not being able to guarantee that they will even be able to work on my car. No notice for the time they weren’t able to work on my car either. Booked with Big O tires to fix their mistakes.

I had a strange experience here. Customer Service was alright and it felt like the person at the counter was not happy to see me. I just came to get what I had wanted done so I just dealt with it and went home to wait for the car to be ready. I was told that they would reach out to me, but I never received a call instead I had to call them. When I came to pick up the car and it had appeared that my mileage was up by a lot more than it would have taken it to move it to the lift and back. I don't know if its common to take the car for a test drive or not, but I was surprised. Alignment was ok car still pulled to the left a bit tho.

I made a 1pm Online Appt for my 2007 Honda Accord. When I got there, Lincoln said they are running behind. I said to him so my 1pm Appt is no good. He said there were too many people who was waiting for their cars as oppose to dropping them off. He said he would call me. I decided to go call to ck on the status. It was 2.5 hrs behind when I called and asked for an ETA. He stated that if he can get off the phone he can work on the car. There were other mechanics there. They lack front desk people.

Matt the floor manager is amazing and Lincoln too. Sometimes things just go right. A kind person flagged me and let me know my tire was amuck. I came in desperate as I am on my way to a concert. Matt went out with me, looked at my tire, and immediately took action. He found the best priced tire. Matt and Lincoln then expeditiously took care of it and replaced it. Amazing service, especially considering I was a walk in.

I talked very highly about Firestone about a year-and-a-half ago great customer service. The guy was super nice I went back the guy was gone. The other guys they were fine I was okay with them. I referred my sister there she was not happy a month ago I went there to pay a bill. All new guys at the counter not very pleasurable to be there I had cash to pay and I had someone's maybe forty $50 ones the guy told me to go back to the bank cash that in and then bring the money . Once I pay my bill off it's time for me to move.

Lincoln has been my #1 authoritarian 100% since I've needed Firestone from the very beginning. No other mechanic facility has kept me happy like your location in Renton / Benson. This location is outstanding; and quite honest.
