I get very personalized service at this shop. They have done a great job for me for years. This time was just an oil change, but when I've had work done, they have explained clearly what needs to be done and answered all my questions.

This is just my opinion- don’t let your girlfriend, wife, aunt, mother, sister, go here alone.
I’m not sure if it was intentional or unintentional, but an automotive repair shop should not do a “courtesy check” of the air filter, then leave the air box and MAF disconnected, and finally tell the customer that it’s running rough and has a check engine light. I had to leave the house to go and “fix” her car.
Shady business practices, or at the very least, not professional (and not safe at all).
You’ll probably be ok if you go here, but me personally, I would suggest you go somewhere else.
Note:
If you have a problem like this with the company, it’s very difficult to get into contact with an area or district manager.
See pics below:
The 4 circled areas were all completely disconnected when they let my spouse drive off the lot. I fixed it in 60 seconds, ran the codes, and it’s exactly what the shop left disconnected.
Works perfect after connecting the basics and the code cleared. ?

Dishonest experience overall. I called Friday to ask about cost to recharge an AC system and was told "$150-200 depending on how much refrigerant it takes to fill your vehicle". I scheduled for Tuesday to have my AC system checked for a leak and filled with refrigerant. I got the call a few hours after dropping off my vehicle that they could fill my refrigerant for $680 and also I needed a new cabin air filter for an additional $65. I had just replaced the cabin air filter 4 days prior when I first started working on solving the AC issue and told them such, and when I called them on it, they admitted they didn't even check the filter, they just recommend it at my vehicles current mileage. An easy $65 bucks for them I guess. I also asked about the price being 3x more than what I was quoted and was told they made a mistake when the made the quote, they had the wrong year of my vehicle. I asked the first person I spoke with and the manager Chris if they'd honor the mistake they made and meet me at the price they originally quoted, but both declined. Mistakes happen I guess, but they certainly didn't do much to rectify it. Combined with the cabin air filter, it seemed like a dishonest experience all around. Needless to say I did not have them do the work, at least I'm only out a day of coordinating my schedule without my car.

Did an oil change on my truck - no complaints, very friendly and fast.
They told me it had a slow oil leak - which is much appreciated that they let me know. They also told me to do a dye tracer for like 80$ extra and then they could fix it later when they knew where the leak was from.
I took it home. Took the plastic engine cover off (1 screw) - It's pretty obvious to the naked eye where the leak is from ?
I'm thankful they told me it had the problem - but it seems a little upsell-y to have me pay for dye when it's easily visible and really not necessary.
I'll have it fixed elsewhere ?

Staff was extremely helpful throughout a stressful situation. I was spoken to kindly, and made conversation beyond car repairs. I am very satisfied and will continue to be a Firestone customer at this location.

This Firestone location provided subpar service. Despite bringing my Mercedes in for a noise check-up, grease stains were left on my door panel and upper cloth frame, presumably from the mechanic's oily hands. When I raised the issue, Chris attempted to clean it with a blue paper towel and solution, but his efforts fell short, leaving visible marks. The manager's response was lackluster, and Chris even shifted blame, denying responsibility. This experience was not only disappointing but also showcased unethical conduct. Additionally, I observed the mechanics working without gloves, contributing to the spread of grease throughout the areas they touched. Beware of this location's tendency to deflect responsibility onto customers and its subpar cleanliness standards.
