I am giving this Fred Meyers jewelry store 3 stars specifically for the in store help, the women in this store go way above and beyond as far as doing a great job and customer service goes. I say the women because I've only dealt with the women here, and both times I've been extremely happy with the service. Notice i say the service, the selection both times could have been better for the watches at least. Actually all around they could use more of a selection in styles. They have a lot to choose from but its sort of all the same style. Oh, and DON'T ORDER ONLINE JEWELRY!!! I ordered several Christmas gifts online that were refunded to me later due to being out of stock. That should've been updated on the website.These are the 3 crosses I bought for Christmas gifts. All of these I obviously received but the first set of gifts I bought online never came, my money did get refunded instantly though. So all 3 stars are strictly for the in store service nothing for the online stuff they offer, and maybe only a 2 on selection.

The jewelry department was supposed to open at 10 o'clock, I watched the l Lady unlock the gate go inside and Lock it. She looked up at me multiple times during the 15 minutes I patiently waited before asking what time they open. She said 11 o'clock, I told her their website says 10 o'clock she was like oh well will open at 10 eventually. If I knew the customer service was so bad I would have never got our wedding rings at FredMyer. I will be looking for another place to get me ring resized.

They have a good selection and their prices are just okay. Most of their staff was uninterested in helping and a bit condescending. The manager had a...smug attitude and didn't seem to care too much as long as they made a sale. I did end up purchasing here but went to the Kent store for service. The Kent store was so much more friendly and involved and if they would have had the ring in stock there I would have gladly gone there instead. I understand that they are here to make sales, however, I just felt like I didn't matter. I

Took a ring in for a loose diamond. Everyone very friendly! First they quoted a price then later said the diamond was beyond repair, but come back for their loose diamond event.

bakery experience not good order specific bday cake week in advance call hour and a half before scheduled pickup time to ensure pickup time get there at pickup time and find out the kit for specific cake was not available really let us know upon pickup no call ahead or inform when called ahead pretty lame

Arrived to buy items in the Deli. Got there around 8:45. Was told the clerk was on break and was going to close Deli after that. Your Deli Dept is supposed to be open until 9 pm. If clerk wanted to take last break, there should have been someone there to cover for her or she waits until after dept is closed. Poor customer service at its finest.

Renton needs to unlock the pants. Not a joke. How are customers supposed to browse and feel comfortable shopping for clothes when everything is cable locked. you guys already have a security gate. this is absurd. If theft is such a big deal don't sell clothes. Didn't see a system for calling over an associate to unlock said pants. Barely saw any associates there to help out. I just want jeans....

Advertised to be open at 9:00AM but when I got there at 9:05AM, a sign had been posted to return at 10:30AM. This was the watch repair section.

Never try going to make a payment when d*** and dumber are at the store closing and can't process making a payment. Both are new and have no clue what they are doing. No management around. Then she writes the DL # where it says do not write below this line. Lisa calls Miss D because she does not know how to process payment and was told all of the system was down. I call 2 other Fred Meyer Jewelers and they said their system is up and running. How can anyone shop for jewelry from people you can't trust and just lied to you? You want to shop where people are truthful and not lie to their customers who pay good money. Why did this store lie? I give them no stars but would not let me post unless I gave 1 star. If you want worthless service shop here.
