They don't give a crap about you!!!!! Got to be the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. At least at other pharmacies if they are out of something they'll tell you, here they just don't say squat, and leave it to their crappy automatic phone system to run you in circles. If you CAN get a hold of a person they'll just shrug off the fact that it takes them longer to fill a prescription WHEN THEY HAVE IT.

Such a waste of time here. Dont bother faxing prescriptions they will say they haven't gotten it. Oh and dont bother leaving a voicemail their machine doesnt work. Good to know huh? Oh and theres absolutely nothing they can do about 2/3 of their prescriber methods not working, of course. They Do not care that they’re messing with people‘s medication’s, their access to their meds and how it’s affecting their well-being. You’re a pharmacy how are you supposed to fill prescriptions if you can’t get the prescriptions?

I had a very disappointing experience. My 7-day-old newborn was in pain, and we had to wait over 3 hours just to receive two basic medications. Despite explaining the urgency, the staff was unhelpful and even rude when I requested that the meds be prioritized due to my baby's condition.
To make things worse, we were asked to visit the pharmacy twice—an hour apart—only to be told each time that the medications were still not ready. In total, the entire process took 4 hours for just two medications. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it involves a newborn in pain.

So many of the pharmacy techs are downright unpleasant and rude for absolutely no reason. I stopped in just to ask if this pharmacy would take and dispose of out-of-date prescriptions and the guy who “helped” me was pissy and rude. He acted like he wanted to be doing anything other than actually doing his job and helping people. This isn’t the first time, or even the 5th time, that I’ve encountered this attitude here.

The staff over the phone is very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. If you’re not happy you have a choice of getting different employment as I have a choice of getting prescriptions somewhere else!

Extremely disappointed with the service I received over the phone. The lady acted as if she was being put out when I asked if she could check on when a 3rd prescription would be ready. I'd rather drive to pick it all up at once but that was apparently to much and her vocal response left me feeling as if I was putting her out. Also one of the prescriptions had just been sitting there for days. Hard getting good help these days...

I went to get my script filled with the same insurance card I've used every other time I've gone and all of a sudden they said they weren't able to use it because it was "missing information". I went to CVS down by the landing and they said Fred Meyers should have called the insurance company if they were confused.
Before this I went to pick up a different script and they immediately went to the generic medication and said it wouldn't be in until Saturday. I asked about the actual script we were prescribed and they actually did have that in stock, but they didn't even bother to check. I used to come here for scripts but it's becoming more apparent the staff doesn't really know what they are doing. I don't feel comfortable coming back here.
