Excellent service. Gerber smoothly coordinated my repair with both my insurance company, The Hartford, and with the rental car company. The repair was done sooner than estimated. When the repair was finished, Gerber delivered my car to me and picked up the rental car. All through the process, Gerber kept me well apprised of status and estimated completion dates.

Great customer service. Was even able to leave rental car and pick up my car after repairs. Very much convenient! Vacuumed and washed my dirty car and I only brought my car there for my side mirror to be replaced! Loved the service!

I came into Ferber collision this afternoon to talk about a dispute on my car. I was greeted by a female lady named Cora, who was very respectful. The other gentleman was very disrespectful. He starts speaking really bad language to me he was cursing disrespected me, he said that he was upset that I made a comment on the survey that he didn’t like he started using profanity. I asked him not to talk to me in that manner because I was not disrespecting him and he said he didn’t give a F and he used the word he continue disrespecting me.
I originally came in to Have a discussion about the repairs on my vehicle that I thought should have been completedI as well as Paying for the.service.
We walked outside as he continued, disrespecting me. He also got close to my face. outside. He got upset came back in.
He threatened me to get out of his store.
I came there to make a payment he told me to get out or he would call the police on me.
I don’t know where this came from.
I’m not that kind of person I’m a Christian
I was hurt and upset and left the store and I also took Cora to call me for me to pay what I owe
I that did not deserve to be treated that way Cora was quite a to me really in shocked about how he was acting.
I asked if I can talk to a manager he stated he was the manager and I told him then who’s your boss he said he didn’t have one.
This type of behavior needs to be stopped.
I was treated very disrespectful.
I was treated In a prejudice way by my skin color.
He treated me rude the very first time
I came in. I came in 25 minutes early and Cora greeting me Kindly, she stated that I was early that I’m more than welcome to wait .
I have never been treated this way in a long time.
