Update to the business response: it’s been 4 days and they have not reached out to me..
Brought my vehicle in for service on a Monday, and was told it would take 1 day, 1 1/2 at most. By the end of day 2 I was told they needed another day. I requested a rental, and my advisor Jason set me up with enterprise. Towards the end of day 3, I still hadn’t heard anything and had to again chase down answers/ communication from Jason. I was told they would stay late to finish the repairs but wouldn’t be able to complete the testing to release it to me. Since this was the day before Thanksgiving, he said my car wouldn’t be ready until the next Monday (so 1 week after dropping it off). I asked about the rental, as I didn’t want to pay for insurance for that long. My advisor ASSURED me that it would be covered and he’d call them to make sure. I was skeptical but again, he assured me it was covered.
Monday rolls around, still no update so I had to again reach out. Now I’m being told the tech is finishing repairs and it will be ready around 3pm.. what happened to it “just needing testing” as all repairs were supposed to be complete?
I arrive after returning the rental, and being charged $102 for it, and ask the cashier how I’ll be reimbursed for that charge. She gets Jason, and he tells me (in front of her) to email him the receipt and they’ll cut me a check to be mailed to me. Before I even pull out of the parking lot, Jason text me asking if I’m available. Claims he ran out to find me but I was already gone (I wasn’t). Now he’s saying they can’t reimburse me but they can offer my next oil change on them.. I tell him I don’t accept that, and he said he’ll talk to his manager again and get back to me. I’ve had to send multiple texts and an email and still have no resolution. It’s been a full week now with no response from Jason.
He’s saying I’m responsible for the charges, even though he assured me they would be covered. I would like to be refunded for the charges he told me that I wouldn’t be responsible for.

Got a really nice Volvo s60 from Good Chevrolet on Renton like 2 months ago. Teddy was my salesman and he was wonderful and very helpful with the process and what to do.
It’s the nicest car I’ve ever had and thankful.

Just had a very pleasant experience buying an equinox EV at good Chevrolet. Channing and Andrey were great. Channing walked us through the whole process and made our experience of buying a car very smooth. This is one of the best car dealerships I have been.

My family and I have been customers of Good since the 80s. I have had my cars serviced there always.
This oil change, it cost $190! They've priced me out and I will likely never return. I'm sad.

Here’s something you don’t find everyday…a really good car buying experience at a car dealership! Well I had one here at Good Chevrolet getting my Chevy Colorado ZR2. I got as good a deal as anywhere in the country (based on the various car buying websites) and got pretty close to the $ I wanted for my clean Silverado. Worked w Tim and Tim who worked efficiently thru the sales process and paperwork. Good Chevy is Good! Pretty sure I’m the first reviewer to ever say that!

Terrible experience with the service department. Dropped my truck off Nov 25th. Today is Dec 6th and all Ive received is a text saying their parts department was out sick 5 days ago.

I had a great experience buying my Tahoe from Andrey “Like the Giant.” He made the process quick and easy, and everything went smoothly. They also took my old Tahoe as a trade-in and were very fair and transparent in their communication and negotiations. I would definitely return and work with Andrey again. Highly recommend!

This past week I purchased a card for my daughter and worked with Andrey. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and very professional. Now the interesting thing here is that the car I purchased I saw on good Chevrolet‘s website and purchased the car over the phone and the car, according to my daughter is exactly what it was described as and in the exact condition which was represented. She has a big smile, which means I have a big smile and again ANDREY was the guy who helped make this happen

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership at the end of September 2025, and it has been a complete nightmare ever since. The van was sold to us as being in great condition, with under 30,000 miles, and covered under warranty. Less than two months later, the entire engine failed, and now we’re being told it will cost nearly $14,000 to repair.
The dealership has had our van for almost a month, claiming they are “working on it” and “seeing what they can do,” but we’ve received no real help or answers. Communication has been minimal—mostly vague text messages telling us to “wait longer.” Despite their initial promises, they now say the issue is not covered under warranty, leaving us stuck without a vehicle and paying out-of-pocket for a rental just to get by.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We trusted this dealership to sell us a reliable, warrantied vehicle, and instead we’ve been left with a broken van, mounting costs, and no resolution in sight.
I highly recommend avoiding this dealership. Save yourself the stress and take your business somewhere that stands behind what they sell.

This was my second vehicle I’ve purchased from Good Chevrolet. They’re a great dealership, good people who are exceptionally easy to deal with. I was helped by Kevin and Channing and they were the absolute best. Very happy with my transaction, everything was smooth as could be.
