If I could give zero stars I would. I set up an appointment to change my oil online. The website asks your vehicles year, model, and trim to give a price. It had a special deal with non synthetic oil of 25 dollars. I made an appointment and when I got there they told me they could not honor that a d wanted 85 dollars. I told them they were insane and left. Long story short, they are scammers.

I’ve had nothing but excellent service here (tires, full brake replacement, oil change). Fabien and the entire staff are super helpful, patient, and straight up about pricing.Their service is always prompt and they’re great about keeping you in the loop.

I have been doing a lot of business here at Goodyear for Turo annual inspection as I have a lot of cars for my business. The Lynnwood store has been treating me good but recently I have moved to Tukwila. And the Goodyear in Renton has terrible customer services that I had to voice my concerns several times. I paid $30 for a good quick 15 to 30 mins inspection from them and every time this guy Russell Decoteau expected me to bring in the Turo inspection paper all the time. They have been doing Turo inspections for years and they don’t have the forms, nor the pdf save on their computer. The guy even has the audacity to tell me to come somewhere to print out the form and come back. This is not the customer service experiences to give to your client! I have to spend a lot of money here but I guess that didn’t matter. I can bring my business somewhere else!

The first time I came here was about a 2 years ago... I just got my 1st car and had no clue but my friend told me to get new tire. I came here without any clue about car in general but they explained everything to me and I started to learn about tire depth, when to change and everything. Since then, I go to this place for anything about my car. Josh and Russel are all super helpful and very nice.

I've been very satisfied with Goodyear. They were helpful on the spot when I had a flat tire once, then replaced my battery quickly when it died. They also did a nice job replacing my tires last spring with speedy service and reasonable prices. Staff is professional. This is a great location on the corner of Union and Sunset. Recommend.

Had great experience with the shop. Fabien and his team did the front break work and fluid flush with speed and quality. Fabien, the service manager, was also honest about the car condition, and discussed with me what is needed and what can wait till the next maintenance. Russel the assistant store manager was patient on the phone to explain the process for me, and also found good Goodyear promotion package for me. The shop is a good example where the experience and value of customers are placed in the first place, therefore they earn the respect and retain customers

Josh and his team handled my car with care and consideration. Josh, in particular, was so warm and welcoming, detailed the entire process and offered helpful recommendations to maintain my car's performance. This site has just earned a repeat customer.

I had the pleasure of having Josh get me squared away. This man is a saint. He was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. I got my breaks, rotators, and air filters replaced.

Just like any establishment you frequent it's the people that makes the difference. Fabian at Goodyear has repeatedly proven to be a stand up guy. We started coming here when my wife's car got a rock wedge between the rotors and was making a terrible noise. The guys at Goodyear checked it out for free and fixed the issue with no charge. Over time I started having them work on little things and have not yet been disappointed. Because of their initial act of kindness, they've done over $1k worth of service and have earned future business from me and my family. My daughter will be starting to drive soon and I have no problem telling her to take her car here and talk to Fabian because I trust him do to the right thing. My wife also likes that there is a woman there who has worked on our car. They don't do major engine repair work but for maintenance stuff/minor things they are great!

It pains me to leave a bad review of this place, but I feel I have to… if you value the safety of your family, do not go to this place.I have bought multiple sets of tires here and done multiple oil changes. This place used to be great. However, I recently needed new brakes on my car. The guy quoted me $1600 for all four and said they could have them done on Thursday. Perfect! They did the work, I picked up the car at 12pm on Thursday and drove it home. The car sat until about 4pm on Friday when I started a longer drive up north. About 1 hour into the drive, I felt the brakes getting mushy. I didn’t know if it was my imagination or what, but I decided to pull off even though I was late for the ferry.Fortunately, I did. The brake fluid low warning light began flashing at me as I pulled into the McDonald’s. Sure enough, the fluid was low. I then found that brake fluid was leaking from the right rear brake!I then had to pay $150 for a Lyft for 70 miles for my wife and daughter, and get the car towed back home. I had AAA so the tow was free, but I was out the hotel night, and my daughter and wife lost out on time spent with their relatives. The car sat in my driveway for a couple of days as I did the trip in my other car. On Tuesday, the brake fluid container was bone dry. I got it towed up to Goodyear and told them what happened, and that I was out $500.They simply said sorry and that they’d do the warranty repair. Two days later, the manager called me at 5:30 just as they were closing to tell me it was done. No apologies, no explanation of what went wrong, nothing. Just, hey come up and get your car. No offer to reimburse any expenses, give me a refund, or anything. No offer even to give me a discount on a future purchase as an apology for the inconvenience caused!Given that the brake fluid was leaking on the freeway in stop and go traffic, it is not an exaggeration to say that the brakes endangered the well-being of my family. And I was never even given an explanation of what went wrong. I am supposed to trust that they are “fixed” now. I’m probably going to be out another $100 or so to take it to a mechanic to verify that it was actually done right. My honest guess is that they just didn’t test their work before giving me back the car. I find it hard to believe everything was working perfectly on Thursday and magically started leaking on Friday. I have no evidence of this, but I’ll bet money they were negligent. This review kills me to do because I really enjoyed having this shop close and I love Goodyear products. But the facts are the facts. I should not have trusted them with such critical components on my car.

We realized we needed new tires when visiting Seattle from Vancouver and were really struggling to find the right size.Everyone here went out of their way to help us find the right size tires and get us back on the road safely. Thanks again for all your time, patience and friendliness!
