I went online and found a coupon on their site for a discount. It said to click on the coupon to save or to print. It also gave me a code. After the oil change, I showed the coupon on my phone to the counter person. He informed me they would not take it unless it was printed on a piece of paper. It did not say that online. The guy that came from the shop was very courteous, but the guy at the counter was extremely rude He didn’t really seem to be into his job at all. I will be getting my oil changes elsewhere.

Thank you Brandon, for taking care of my tire over the weekend. I pulled up and you immediately took care of me, while everyone else seemed a little less concerned to help. One of your coworkers even tried to “rush you” while you were assisting me. I really like how you stayed professional. The only reason I would consider coming back for service, is because of you.
