If I could rate it 0 I would! I checked in online. I drove 25 mins. I reached the location and the lady at the reception says the store is closed 15 mins before the closing time.
Ridiculous customer service, misleading times!

I went in for a haircut, using a coupon I’d received, mostly to get it evened out but it’s still not like I want it. I have curly hair so I really don’t like getting it cut very much because it’s a hassle to keep it nice and even when I’m brushing it. I feel like curly hair is harder to cut correctly. I’m definitely glad I didn’t pay more!

I went to this salon last night, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. It felt like the barbers didn’t know what they were doing. Two men worked on my hair, and I specifically asked for a trim on the ends and side bangs. I even showed them a reference picture, but they didn’t follow it.
Throughout the appointment, they spoke to each other in a different language while both looked at my hair, shaking their heads and holding it up by the ends. They pulled all my hair to the front of my face, completely covering it, and aggressively pushed it to the side while cutting. I tried to correct them twice on my bangs, but eventually, I just gave up.
I spent $36 on a haircut that wasn’t what I asked for, and I had to go to another salon to fix it. It was a waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a confidence boost.

I came in with a photo of what I wanted, told the stylist my notes were not accurate, and she clipped it short first thing. Hard to come back from that, I look like I've joined the marines.

Good chat I had with the girl here too bad I'm gay cuz she was really cute and hella told my helicopter mom to let me tell her how I wanted my hair. She literally told my mom to go sit down and read.

Terrible place can't do basic fade than the lady who cut my hair said if you want a fade go to a Barbershop Don't waste your time or your money going here .. terrible cuts and customer service
