Went there on Sept. 1st in the AM. First, why the hell do you need my full name, address? Second. The woman that cut my hair did not know how to do a fade, did not give me the hard part I requested twice. People started to come in and she rushed the haircut to get me out of the door. All for $26. 0/10. I won't be coming back.
Requested style: Woman working on Sept. 1st does not know how to do fades, and she just cuts the way she wants your hair. Left and right side did not match at all.

This place is great for a convenient haircut. Thuy did a fantastic job and I’ll be back for another cut soon. PS: get the app, it makes seeing wait times and check in super easy.

Always a very quick and pleasant visit when I bring my mother in for a cut -I get a trim as well. Very friendly and polite staff.
Stylist: Thuy is a really great hairstylist for my SL wavy hair. She always leaves me with lovely shiny locks.
Samantha styled Mom and she is very pleased. We will be back.

EDIT: The management responded with resolution and will forward the feedback. Editing to give 4 stars and acknowledge that this place takes feedback seriously. I respect places like that, so thank you for being responsible and responsive.I needed to get my hair trimmed, and stopped by after going to LA fitness. Unfortunately, the place is dirty (hair all over the place, not swept between haircuts), and I had to nearly beg for a brush vs a comb. The brush I was handed to get rid of tangles was dirty and I had to point it out and lady washed it. Finally, although the lady tried to give me a good haircut, she took extra 1.5" inches than asked. She first took 3" off then cut it even shorter while adding layers. I don't thinks she realizes the length is lost while adding layers, so when she cuts initially, she needs to substract estimation of "layer cut off".
