Had my first cut in over a year and Jordan did a FABULOUS job. Good atmosphere and was offered something to drink (went with a hot tea) and it was a great experience.

I had a facial performed by Starlight. I have been pretty stressed lately and she melted my stress away! The setting for the facial is beautiful, calm, and the bed is heated. Starlight massaged my face and neck and she used Eminence products with subtle fragrances such as strawberry, coconut, and mint. She steamed my face and with warm towels several times throughout the process. My face feels great! Thank you Starlight.Cheryl Goodwin

No thanks. Starlette looked at my lashes and recommended a full set which is fine since I barely had any extensions left. She said you have about 12 lashes on 1 lash. Mind you that is because I previously had a volume style on but I didn't respond to her comment. I asked if she can do hybrid or volumes. Just know they don't have an artist that does those. She offered to do a classic full set but wanted to charge me $180. I respectfully declined and asked how much to just remove the 4 (?) lash extensions. She said "umm $20." Pricing is a joke and does not seem consistent.

It's a hit or miss with this one. Don't be fooled by the levels of the hairstylist. I got work done by a level four and the level two stylist did better in a previous visit, Price difference was a lot more for the level four

I just had my hair colored after 5 years of having natural hair & it looked so good! Celina is amazing and talented at what she does, very accommodating and will work through with you on your hair needs!! All the staff here are amazing. Thank you Celina and thank you impressions for giving me that boost of confidence I needed & for exceptional customer service! :)

I have only gotten blowouts here so I can say a whole lot but it's very hit or miss and I think their blowouts are way overpriced. There is better and cheaper places in Bellevue and in Seattle.

I need the owner of this company to reach out to me as their receptionist staff is incompetent to do their job and you never seem to be at the business when I try to get a hold of you. But before you lose 10+ customers for your lack of customer service I suggest you reach out to me.

The Owner Don called me after repeated messages/ phone tag in regards to my frustration and to the HUGE surprise price increase to my regular service: What had been $115 for over a year: This February I was charged $175 as I was checking out...the place has NO price list on the walls or price menus anywhere!! No one talked price to me as a returning client who calls in to make appointments. I just book the same service with the same stylist ... The business owner has a lot to learn as far as customer experience and perception. It's a big lesson and he was super defensive on the phone with me and just COULD NOT HEAR what this customer was trying to tell him about my experience.... If I was charged wrong that's on them. Let me pay what I've always been charged ---And tell me for future visits the true price. Post price lists. Have a price menu as I confirm my appointment. Have each stylist post their prices at their stations. Train your staff. Don't assume long time customers will know these changes by osmosis. Don said he fired the front desk person because of this error in pricing-- I see a new person at the front each time I call in or show up -- who did he fire?!!! Don : your previous front desk staff charged me what my service history told them to charge me . Why would you fire the new person who did their job and charged me your new price -- SHE apparently was doing what you wanted !!
