Nice staff but ridiculous they can’t refund the money the vacuum stole. Turned on and didn’t suck. Weird how there no out of order sign. Seems like a money grab.

I like Jackson’s store for a good customer service and nice clean organized stores but some stores bathroom are not clean anymore, I visited many since I drive for a leaving, lately when I go to Shell Jackson in Renton 17941 108th Ave SE Renton the person who I believe is the assistant manager don’t even care o greet me in the mornings Sat and Sun, and sometimes during the week… she is the wrong person for this job, sometimes I say good morning and not reply? No thank you anymore? She needs to go back for a training in a good customer service again.Thanks02/20/2024

Great store, Terrible customer service, dude behind the counter was complaining about me for nothing. When I payed, he overcharged me 2 dollars. Never going back again.
