Terrible customer service. Never has tellers staffed, and no one greets you when you come in. The worst Key Bank location I’ve been to in this region.

I went into the bank at 1pm on a Monday and there were two people working. I walked in and wasn’t greeted. I stood in line for at least 15 minutes, not once being helped or even a word from either of the employees. Someone came in and I audibly told them that it wasn’t worth their time especially since I had been waiting for so long, so she left and used the ATM. I went in to make a larger withdrawal and I left with nothing because it is ridiculous to wait that long to even be greeted. It was very rude.

I wish I didn't have to go in anytime I get a new card, just to raise my ATM limit. It's a little annoying. Other then that it's a pretty great ? bank. ?

As a SBO with a few other banks, Keybank doesn’t know how to build a relationship with there clients nor do they care about them. As a banker they should care about the success of there clients, not making money off them. They also have fees per month for a business checking account which other banks don’t. Will be cancelling our account. Thank you.

I don't have anything bad at allllll to say about key bank!!! Customer service been great in my past 2 years of being with them. Today this employee had an amazing glow and she was so sweet and patient and her energy and smile made my day!!

Me and my fiancé have been working hard to repair our credit scores. This bank lost his first credit card application and made him do a second 1 causing his credit to drop 4 points. Nice job.

03/14 1pm, no lines, not busy. Went in for $20 in quarters. Was stopped by loan services rep, who explained that service would only be available for members of the bank. Was refused this service here. What made it most insulting was that there was $20 in rolled quarters sitting on the rep's desk. I guess they were in the middle of counting...? Banks are a necessary utility needed to serve the public. There is nowhere else to go in order to get these kinds of services.

Every person that works at this bank is always so helpful! I do not regret coming here. It's the hometown bank that I can always trust. They are always so nice and will get out if their way to solve any questions I have.
