the thing I like about King & Bunny's is they provide quick turnaround if one of your appliances goes out . For example, if your fridge goes out they provide a quick replacement and provide installation services plus they takeaway your old appliances. we've used them for washer, dishwasher, refrigerator and dryer replacement and have always been happy with the experience. plus, my kids get to play with the empty appliance box for several days afterward!

These guys are top shelf without the top shelf price tag. I've bought several appliances over the years and every time I have called with any issue usually 5-10 years out of warranty they are happy to talk through options and multiple times I've gotten enough info to fix it myself for a fraction of the cost of a new appliance or professional repair. It's so cool when people just try to solve problems and provide excellent customer service. Will I always go back to them for the next appliance? Yep.

Customer service nowadays is everything, and it's exactly what separates King and Bunny's from the big box stores. We bought a (competitively priced) washer and dryer from King and Bunny's and had a slight problem with the closing mechanism on the dryer door being too tight. We were a bit nervous about trying to adjust it ourselves, as we did not want to void any warranties. I stopped by the store and talked to Brandon about our problem. He asked where I lived and said "You going to be home this afternoon?" After said yes, he said "I can swing by after work around 4:00 and adjust it for you." He called when he was on his way, showed up on time and quickly fixed the problem. There is NO WAY anyone at Lowes or Home Depot is going to give customers that kind of support. We are King and Bunny's customers for life!

Words cannot describe the level of service, follow through, care and attention you'll get at King & Bunny's. Bought my first microwave, a top-of-the-line Litton from them in 1982. Bunny herself sold it to me. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Our 10 year old washer recently died, and instead of repairing, thought it might be time for a new one. The only place we considered buying from was King & Bunny's. Sure enough, they had the perfect replacement, and Brandon really knew his stuff. He pointed out the pros and cons of each model, which quickly had us deciding on the perfect model for us. We bought the set, washer and dryer. You may get a few bucks off elsewhere, but you won't get the personalized service, knowledge and attention to detail that you'll get from "the little red store on the left".

Apparently customer service means NOTHING to these people. I assume they have so much money from all the high pressure sales they play on “suckers” aka customers that they don’t like if they let one get away without making a sale. Sometimes peopleNeed to talk over the options before making a purchase. We will NEVER step into this place again.

I am very pleased with the service at King and Bunny's. I ordered a new garbage disposal over the phone on Monday and it was installed Thursday. The installer, Josh, was wonderful, fast efficient and a joy to talk to! Good job guys.
