I have been going here for over two years. While it is the most convenient option for me, I have observed inconsistencies, which I believe is a product of low staffing (Wich is unfortunate and not surprising). I used to see this young lady, I forgot her name, she was amazing, eventually she found something better, anyways. since then, the lab has temporary closures sometimes, appointments end up canceled, so I've had nowhere else to get my labs done so I couldn’t get checked by my doctors properly. The phlebotomists seem to not care too much if their job or just ready to go home (Fair, seeing the circumstances.). In one instance, multiple attempts were made to draw my blood. I was punctured like 4 times before someone else stepped in (I was too shy to say anything, sadly). ONE time one of the phlebotomist made a mistake billing my insurance, but she was kind enough to direct me to get it fixed. Sometimes Reservations aren’t always honored it just depends if it’s busy or not. But minus all the cons of the place, I’ve had very quick and near painless blood work done and kind workers, so in conclusion this is a okay place to get your lab work done, just remember there is a little inconsistency, but being kind goes a long way.

I had an appointment scheduled and the system let me check in but nobody was there and no notification was sent. Waste of time.

Absolute joke of an experience. Twice I’ve gone here for an appointment to be greeted by a “closed” sign taped to the door. No notice or update. Don’t bother.

Terrible service, does not honor people that make appointments. Waited nearly 45 minutes to have someone say that someone is ahead of me.

Had an appointment here for several weeks. Fasted to get ready. Got there and they were just closed. No call. No notice that they couldn't do the appointment.

Friendly staff that do a great job at taking blood.
However half the time the place is closed with just a note on the door saying closed for the day. Seems like corporate has this location understaffed.

Absolutely terrible waiting time. First time I came I was a walk in, cheked at the kiosk and then waited till I grew old on that chair. Absolutely insane. Each person going in was staying at least 15 minutes and there was O clarity on who was next, screen was not working and no one at the lab made it easier to get any clarity. Second time, came HAVING an appointment clearly done. Received a code on my phone, scanned it at the kiosk when I came, 10 min before my appointment time. No message on the screen to make it clear if it was scanned or not. Saw my name on the screen, I was first in line. After waiting 20 minutes, people that were walk ins, were called inside, me and my appointment completely ignored. 40 min wait and still not in, and all of a sudden my name appears last on the list. Completely disappointed ? such a disorganized location. Will never ever come here again, I thought first time was a mistake. But is seems this is their horrible way of treating clients. Horrible.

Clara is AMAZING! I have had many many blood draws the last few years, and I cannot say how much I appreciated her good attitude, great stories (perfect distraction during the draw), and quick and efficient blood draw. She was so great the first time I met her, that I drove out of my way the second time to make sure I came back. She is fantastic, and I will get my blood drawn here every time because of her. Sending a thank you to Clara for making my last two draws so smooth!
